Stride Rite Bootery

I was not happy with the manager. She measured my child four weeks ago. I went to have her measured for the first time and she gave me her incorrect size. I did not know that I had to keep the box. When I went to exchange it for the correct size they did not have the same shoe available so I requested for a credit. I was told that since I did not have the box that I could not receive store credit. I spent $ 45.00 for the shoes. They had my receipt in the system and the shoes have never been worn. I explained it, but they sent me to another Stride Rite to pick up the same shoes in the correct size. A little bit of an inconveniece. If only she could have provided me with the credit.
The service was horrible. I recommend for slightly bigger sizes so that my child can get some use out of them after purchasing them. Epecially after four weeks. Also make sure that you keep your box. This is too much of an inconvenice for me that I will never return to Stride Rite again.

The people are amazing! They should all get raises!
