The Doctor and all of the staff were extremely nice. The online booking was so convenient. With barely any wait, I had contacts being shipped to my door and had chosen awesome new glasses(made on site in about 30 minutes). I have already recommended this place to a coworker who also recently moved to the area.

Best eye doctor ever. Dr. Auerbacher couldn’t be better. He has great modern equipment and is as sweet as can be. His eye exams give me perfect glasses every time, even with my awful astigmatism. He’s the best!

Reposting since my comment seems to have been deleted: My daughter has had her glasses over a year, the screw fell out so we brought them back for repair. The first time she used them since having them repaired, one of the arms snapped off… during her next class later that day, the second arm snapped off. I looked at the glasses, the screws were so tight that only one of the two moved. When I returned to the store the manager«Edward» said he could only offer 30% off. When I asked about my insurance he was hemming and hawing about how its a long process and I should go home, find out about coverage and then come back. I said it seems a waste since he will have to call to verify my coverage anyway. He was lazy and just didn’t want to bother. While he was doing something on computer(not contacting my insurance) I explained why I feel they should cover the entire replacement charge since they broke as a result of them not being fixed properly by him a few days prior. He was insulting and insisted the glasses did not break and that my daughter must have sat on them. She was in tears as a result of him accusing her. When my boyfriend called the manager took the call in the back room, I could hear him yelling in the front of the store. He made degrading remarks about my boyfriend and seems he can’t handle himself with customers. Definitely bring your kids here if you want the manager to make them cry. I called corporate office, they said I needed to speak with the same store manager Edward to resolve this. I requested a district manager to call me but was told they may not call. I plan to make a complaint with the BBB as Brian C did. His attitude and behavior was appalling. I have never had an experience like that in my life

Doctors are as good as can be. 5 stars for them. Attentive, informative, thorough, willing to take the time to explain and answer every question. Salespeople, not so much.

Dr.‘s Auerbacher And White Are Awesome Comprehensive Eye Care Latest Diagnostic Equipment In Use Always a pleasure to visit with the doctors here as they posses great skill and a wonderful«bed side manner» I have been a patient since 2006. Quick, thorough and highly educated. One stop eye care in a modern setting.

*** RIPOFFALERT *** I purchased two pair of glasses with the«buy one pair, get the second free» promotion. The store demanded payment upfront and I expected to get the two specific pair of glasses I wanted. The first pair was fine. The second pair came in with the wrong frame, and I was later told the frame was no longer available. Since Pearle Vision was unable to provide me the two specific frames I paid for under the promotion, I wanted to cancel the order all together. The manager, Eddie, was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Instead of trying to work with me on this, he basically told me his hands are tied and tough luck.
I’m currently in the process of contacting Pearle Vision Corporate, the BBB, and American Express to resolve this. This is DEFINITELYNOT a store you should do business with. Go elsewhere. You’ll find better pricing and more friendly staff. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - After dealing with the Better Business Bureau, Pearle Vision Corporate, and NJ Attorney General Consumer Affairs Dept, the owner has agreed to refund my credit card. What a fiasco. As it turns out, the man who identified himself as «the boss» wasn’t really the boss, rather just an employee with an attitude problem. I brought this to the attention of Drs. White and Auerbacher, owners of the franchise.
