Maria the assistant manager was great. So was the manager. My boyfriend is deaf and they were really accommodating. Will always shop here. Thanks Maria !

The staff is very kind and accommodating. I once had a broken bracelet they were nice enough to exchange for me even though I didn’t have the receipt. The manager was super friendly and instead of just selling me a product was awesome enough to inform me that there was a sale event coming up in a few weeks and I would be able to get more for my money if I wait. I seriously cannot understand the negative reviews…

I went in the day after Christmas to have my jewelry cleaned and buy additional charms. I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone only to find out that they don’t clean jewelry during the holidays. The staff member told me that I should return after the holidays when they are less busy. I looked around the store and there was no line… total BS. Had they posted some sort of notice inside the store, I would’ve been fine returning after the holidays instead of wasting of my time. Poor customer service!

This is the Pandora store inside of the garden state plaza store #1180. It’s in 1st floor right beside of the café. My several times of experience with them wasn’t that great, staffs who works there are lack of willingness to sell. I visited this store several times just regular weekdays and whenever I walked in I was only one customer or 2 more while there were 3 staffs were doing nothing. I asked several questions and her answer were kinda irresponsible and can show no interest. Whenever I look for some certain charms her answer was«You can try other Pandora store». And when I asked for upcoming promotions, «Well, not sure when». It didn’t cheer me to go back to that store. I think I tried enough. I had to get gifts so got few charms and bracelet which cost few hundred dollars. But wasn’t that happy to spend that money while I’m getting bad service. Even though its national wide store, I think service needs to be improved. Customer needs to feel welcomed when they walk in, and feel satisfied to spend money. But this store definitely failed for that side. I’m giving 2 stars not because of the jewelry but because of the service.
