My overall experience was ok. I initially had a wonderful experience in the Paramus location. An older woman there was so pleasant and helpful. She gave us many wonderful suggestions for our three room project. We picked some designs and she booked the designer to come to our home. The designer Denise Detrani was a disappointment, she had no suggestions as a «designer» and just came in, measured the windows, had no real input on colors or options so we just picked and prayed it was what we wanted. She seemed in a rush and hurriedly sat down to write out the bill which totaled 3k. She spoke about having to go shovel her house, and left. The installer then came and one of the Windows was slightly crooked so there’s a teeny gap with the blinds. No one explained this before placing order, would have liked to have a heads up on that. He was great and installed all three rooms quickly. I’m overall happy with the product but think a follow up call making sure we are happy would’ve been a nice touch. Especially when spending thousands. Might not be much to some but it is for us and the customer service could’ve been better. But amazing feedback for the ladies in the store!

We really love our window treatment. However, the Sales Associate was not satisfactory. She did not respond to repeated phone calls. I later found out she was on vacation. She should have stated something to that effect on her voicemail! Other than the Sales Associate, everthing went very well and we’re happy with our window treatment.

This is an update to a previous review. The consultation visit and appointment with the installer to complete the measurements was very fast. The installer «Scott» is incredibly professional and experienced. My order was custom Sheers, Blinds, and Shutters.
There were some hiccups with the order but the owner «Bruce Heyman» is top notch. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied.
Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction. The same installer who completed the measurements also completed the installation. Everything was measured and installed properly and looks great.
