L’occitane

I love that store! Usually shop at one located in NYC 5 ave, great selection and always had outstanding customer service. This time i went to one in garden state plaza to buy my hand wash, and body oil (received sample of it and loved it). But unfortunately two sales person were to busy talking, then to help me. I asked if that body oil comes in smaller size, one of them said no. Thats it? I went to look around, tried eye cream. Still nobody cared if i needed help. While i was there another client came in looked around and left. I decided not to buy anything there, will go to other location instead. I work in retail myself, and know how it should work, i guess they dont need to make their goals !!

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a L’Occitane so far was the Garden State Plaza location! Friendly and knowledgeable sales associates, they were attentive and gave me wonderful samples! I will only shop there from now on. I’ve recommended them to everyone for great skin care products.
