Limited of Paramus

Came here Tuesday before Christmas and was really impressed with the customer service provided by the sales reps that work here. They were super busy, as one can imagine with all the late shoppers (including myself) but everyone held their cool.
One in particular– I don’t know the gentleman’s name– was awesome. He greeted everyone in the store, asked how he could help, and knew the customers by name. He also had great input (from what I could overhear) and also for myself, when I needed to get my pants hemmed, he was super great about it.
There were other sales reps floating around the store, also greeting customers and asking if anyone needed help.
Didn’t have to wait at all for the dressing room.
It’s nice to see that retail hasn’t completely gone down the dumper, and there are still some stores out there that have good customer service.

I don’t usually shop at The Limited. But hey, after Christmas sale, and was already at this mall picking up a few other things. This store had a pretty limited selection of merchandise when compared to competitors (I guess I will use Ann Taylor Loft as reference since that’s a similar price point). The sales associates seemed disinterested in me, since I headed for the sales rack. It was 70% off, plus an additional 30%. I bought a few dresses and some earrings. They fit well. I will go back to this store either here or other malls, since the product fits well and appears to be good quality.
