One star is too much for this place. Terrible experience. The other reviewer was undoubtably a fake post. Save your money and deal with a reputable jeweler. Learned my lesson the hard way and I am not one to complain. I made the mistake of trusting this business. Posting this so that hopefully no one else has the same misfortune as I.
