1^st complaint: With high expectations I went to the grand opening of this Paramus store in which they had advertised everyone who stood in line for their grand opening would receive a free ‘swag bag’ and what we received was not actually a ‘swag bag’ at all but was just A CHEAP COMPLETELY EMPTY SHOPPING BAG. After waiting in line for quite a long time it was insulting to receive an empty bag which we all received. We have been deceived, and the store making false claims is what comes to mind. I don’t like to be lied to and wasting my time for nothing.
By definition a ‘Swag bag’ is supposed to literally contain something:

Generally meaning «loot, booty, or plunder,» swag is the stuff in the bags of exited party-​goers and plunderers alike. It can also be a bundle carried by a swagman, an Australian migrant worker or drifter. From the Old Norse (re: Viking) sveggja, meaning «to swing or sway,» the verb swag can mean «to sway unsteadily or stagger.» Your bag of swag may swag from its own weight, and you too may swag just trying to carry it.
2^nd complaint: The quality of EB coats has gone down from previous years. Between approximately 2013 to 2015 – 2016 the sizing has become smaller for the Lodge Down Parka for example, and the weight of the coat weighs less which means there is less goose down filling inside of it. I did an experiment and I put an older version of the coat on a postal scale & compared the weight of it to the newer version of this coat, the new version of this coat was lighter by several ounces & feels that way when worn it’s not as warm. I returned the new version, Bummer.
