DO NOT SHOP HERE! They sell cheap furniture at prices where you should get high quality. I purchased a queen bed with matress and headboard. They charged me 550 plus 35 for delivery and assembly. Wanted it delivered in weeks when i moved into my new house, it took almost 4 weeks to deliver. When the guys came to assemble it, it was a dad and son duo that did not know what they were doing. They put a support leg of the backbone rib of the board under the matress where the drawer was and i could not put the drawer in. I called them back to switch up ribs and they kept screwing crooked i to the bed frame and hipping the wood. To top it off, the wood used as supports were cheap and the screws too short (they were pulling them out of home depot boxes, obviously not from factory). I called, complained, and asked for a refund and they laughed and hung up on my sayin i abused the bed. I dont jump on the bed like a 5 yr old as i am 34, i only weigh 220lbs and am the only one sleeping on here. DO NOT GO HERE, RIP OFF ARTISTS!

Torres furniture was a horrible experience, do not be another victim of this store, the owner is super rude, they delivered wrong parts on my bed and refused to pick up and Re deliver the correct parts to me, even though I paid for delivery, when I took them myself the owner made threats against me if I reported them to better business Bureau… There furniture sucks and falls apart with in months. If I could give less stars, i would.

I had a great experience the guy here helped me choose everything i was looking for even gave me great deals walked out with two bedroom sets for under my budget. Great customer service great quality.

Never again will I buy from here, customer service was horrible and the owner wasn’t any better! Stay away unless you want to get ripped off
