My family loves this market. They have fresh products and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be coming back often.

What a welcoming and genuine local establishment. Their meat has never disappointed me and I love to peruse the shop to see what other delectable delights they have on hand. Seek out the hot and fresh chicharones, they are killer!

I always forget that there is is butcher shop in lower Paradise, just purchased a NY steak, and it was delicious and soft like butter!
They are friendly and it’s clean! I’ll be coming back when I’m jonesing for a steak

Haven’t actually bought meat yet, though I intend to. Their avocado salsa is AMAZING and we eat a full container the day I night it. Best homemade tamales in town, good Slade’s fracas and my partner loves the pickles. Prices on meat are not sales good, but everyday good, and it all looks fresh and amazing. They have a good selection of seafood, and less available meats, as well. Good hours too. Carnivore our not, I recommend!

I haven’t been here in a while, probably a little over a year because the last time I went here the chorizo I got was tinged green and the cuts of meat my mom got were also green. Thus the 5 star rating is for this most recent experience.
However, I heard from one of my co-​workers that they have expanded their inventory and so I decided to give this place another try. I am glad I did! They have all sorts of goodies in there now from rabbit to veal to whole crabs as well as all the cuts of pork and beef you could ever want. There were people in there when I arrived and more came in as I was ordering from the counter/​checking out. Meat that I purchased looks good (hooray) and the chips, salsa and crema are as delicious as I remember. The owners are really friendly (which I have never had a bad encounter with them) and are very willing to give you tips on preparation or suggestions on ingredients.
Glad that this place turned around because it’s hard to survive with sub par products (which was not the case this go-​round) in this little rinky dink town.

It’s great having a meat market period. Clean, friendly staff and helpful. 20% off frozen on Wednesday s gets me there for dog bones… plus the salsa and chips, plus the fajitas and open Sunday s!

I’m vegan but I give their salsa 5 stars. Plus they are the only place in paradise where I’ve found Mango Jarritos.

This is a great local meat market.
A very clean place offering fresh goods. They offer many south of the border eats and always greet you with a big smile and fast service. I highly recommend this butcher shop! Their guacamole and salsa are over the top. Buy local, Eat fresh and enjoy great family service

This new meat market is very clean, it’s staff is friendly and helpful and the meat is delicious. They carry a good assortment including but certainly not limited to Free Range chicken, condiments, fresh tamales and salsas. We bought the most beautiful chuck roast I have ever seen and it was fantastic. We also bought some amazing fajita mix.
We are happy and excited to have such a fine store that is local. Check them out!
