Love love love this pizza place! Gluten free crust is phenomenal and so are all their gf options. Awesome staff and awesome service. Hands down my favorite pizza place! The only thing that could be better is their prices are high — but part of that is because I’m gf. Quality is excellent and flavor is out of this world! Pollo chevre is my absolute favorite with the sausage Apple in close second!

My family and I decided to try this place after looking at houses in the area and looking at Unilocal reviews. We’ve been searching for a great pizza joint after moving here from Phoenix 2 years ago. We finally found it. Spin is awesome! My wife and daughter had the Margarita pizza and my son and I had the 3 meat pizza. Sauce was fresh and delicious. The crust was flavorful and baked perfectly. Just the right amount of crunch and not too doughy. The meatballs, sausage and pepperoni were also fresh, nicely spiced and delicious. Great selection of beers and a surprisingly good selection of wines. The kids also enjoyed the Gelato. Great atmosphere and while you order up front, the service was still friendly and attentive. Omaha has good pizza but if you don’t like the pretense of Dante’s or crowds at Pitch, this place is for you. Kids raved about it and we’ll definitely be regulars.

Just recently dined in at SPIN! and had a great experience. I had a Mini Mia sized Spinach E Aglio pizza. It was very good, lots of garlic flavor came through(I love garlic). I do wish it had a creamy sauce or something on it. The mini pizza came with a side salad or soup; I chose the 8 Color salad(- tomatoes). The salad itself was amazing. I don’t prefer Gorgonzola cheese and I didn’t mind it since there weren’t huge crumbles on it. I couldn’t decide between dressings so I actually got both and poured them on either half of my salad. They were both pretty damn good. As an appetizer we shared the Flatbread and Trio of Spreads. This itself is a lot of food just FYI! The 3 Spreads were good, I don’t like goat cheese so I of course didn’t like that one.(My friend said it was good though). Last but not least, the gelato is so amazing. Holy crap!!! I had never had gelato before so I was eager to try it! Sammie, who was also our amazing waitress, helped us choose and taste test as needed!!! She did an amazing job helping us with the menu & cash out process, while giving us great laughs!!! She even made sure to check in on me because I was laughing(I laugh extremely loud normally) uncontrollably for a little bit from my friend being a dork. Clearly I’ll be back… soon! :]

Food was excellent! Fast, friendly service! Definitely will frequent this place! We ordered two margarita pizzas, turkey pesto panini with Sonoma salad! The salad was amazing if you love salad you must try the Sonoma salad! The pizza is authentic, we were stationed in Italy and this is as close as it gets.

I was staying at the nearby Fairfield Inn when I wandered into this pizza place… I ordered a pizza & sat down to check the place out… It was clean, the servers were friendly, and my order was ready a lot faster than I thought it would take. The pizza was good, hot, and fresh… The limoncello gelato was real good… Overall, this was a very pleasant first visit. I’d recommend the place to anyone looking for a good, quick, hot meal … Very impressive!

A little annoyed my husband and I each had half of a large pizza left which would be one whole pizza yet they refused to give us a pizza box to go as those are only for to go orders so we got two little boxes… Ridiculous! The gelato leaves so much more to be desired. I’d so rather leave here and get a pint of Ben and Jerry’s or stop at Culver’s on the way home. I like the pizza as it is thin crust and has a good taste. The salads are ok but honestly I feel a tad over priced if you want to add protein. Go on Monday and do the buy two get one free(pizzas, salads or a mix of both!) Service is ok depending on how busy it is and how much the waitresses are chatting at the soda fountain. Not terrible but not the best ever.

Awesome pizza, they have more but I have never ventured away from the pizza. Pizza selection is good with three types of crust; original(thin), whole wheat and gluten free. All are yummy and worth mixing up and trying. Respectful beer and wine selection. Staff is friendly and courteous, always greet you and ensure they answer any questions. They attend to and ensure you have a good experience. They have a rewards program, unfortunately it seems not well thought out so not really dealing with it. It’s kind of up to you to keep track of, you can get free items but they print a receipt and then your balance goes to 0. Lose your receipt and there no way of tracking. So it seems like a points program for the sake of a points program. Unfortunate as the rest of the restaurant is excellent.

I saw some reviews on this place which encouraged me to give it a shot this evening. The location is in a great spot and the interior is hip and professional and well put together. We ordered the 12″ italian sausage and sautéed onions with roasted tomatoes pizza. The flavors were very good, although i felt the crust needed to be cooked a little longer in my opinion. The blt salad topped with feta cheese was a perfect addition. The most surprising was the tomato and basil soup with meatballs and side of flatbread. It was so delicious! The bill came up to $ 35. The pizza and the semi unattentive wait staff was the only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5. Overall i had a great time and can’t wait to go back and try some more of their creative pizzas selections. P. S…get some gellato on the way out… you will not be disappointed!

The true misery was driving home with the pizzas’ aroma — my son insisted that we wait ’til we were out of the car… and we live on the other side of town! My son is a Vegetarian, so oftentimes our menu options are limited, but not here! They have a robust menu that has everything from lotsa veggies to gluten-free and even(as we did) terrific gelato while you’re waiting for your To Go order. I tried the Double Malted — OMG. It was like Whoppers in a luxurious frozen form. Yum. We had one of their specials: Spinaci e Aglio(white pizza, pine nuts, spinach, roasted garlic) and then«spun» out own! On the other we had Rosemary potatoes sliced paper-thin and spinach. We tried the original and also the honey wheat crusts. Both were super. We agreed that the Rosemary potatoes MADE the pizza and was something special. Two thumbs up on both pizzas. Bar area provides a great view of the big oven, pizza creation area and that was cool. Lovely dining room and bustling crowd. I would drive across town again, for sure.

The place is welcoming and the service friendly & attentive. We ordered the #12 vegetarian, I found the pizza to be fresh, juicy and overall good, since I had a mini, I chose the tomato basil soup over the salad. I was disappointed in the soup, watery and no taste or body to the soup, we both couldn’t eat it. I also had a moscato 6oz. I understand brands vary in taste, I expected this moscato to be sweet and smooth, but it had a nice aroma, it’s first drops were semi sweet and the turned bitter and dry. Some people like it dry, but not myself, next time, I’ll ask, because the selection varies from brand to brand. Overall, it was good and hope to go again.

I still really like the pizza at this restaurant, but the ordering process drives me nuts. It is slow and exceptionally inefficient. That is one of the biggest detractors and keeps this restaurant from having four stars. The pizza is very good, but slightly overpriced for a 12 inch pizza. Labor Day Special was three 12 inch pizzas for the price of two. That’s a pretty good deal. Also, you earn points as a member of the Spin Club. Today we earned a 10 dollar voucher good for our next meal here — thought that was pretty decent.

I nearly forgot to write a review for this place. My family and I ate there on Sat, there are several things that draw you into this establishment immediately: 1. Great wine menu with on hand assistance to pair with your meal 2. Of course the giant fire burning oven that is the focal point of the kitchen 3. The gelato selection… enuf said We «sampled» 3 pizzas, all pizzas are 12 in and are pretty filling. So our eyes were definitely bigger than our appetite. The goat cheese and arugula was fantastic. Be warned, the pepperoni has some kick to it. –And the margarita pizza was good as well. The down side is that the prices add up. At $ 12 per pizza, plus drinks, plus the gelato, one could easily be shocked by their bill as you order items the way we did. All in all great pizza, outstanding crusts, and very quick service. A must try, but I would leave the kids at home with a Totinos pizza, since they may not appreciate the Spin pizza.

The staff was outstanding. We ordered the tomato soup & potato & pancetta pizza. I believe it was the #16. The soup was a bit bland for me, but it was still good. The pizza was fantastic with a great crust & quality cheeses. I’ll definitely come back, and I think it’s definitely the best pizza in the area.

The setup of this place is like a panera — order at the counter. But after that it’s full service — they bring the food to you, clear your plates etc. Our server was super attentive, I hope the servers and counter staff split the tip you leave at the beginning. Options were endless — tons of vegetarian pizza, salads soup etc. Vegan and gluten free options too. The food was very good and very fresh. Neapolitan is a very specific style so don’t expect greasy heavy American pizza. I was impressed at the wine selection and I later found out the owner gets recommendations from the owner of the wine bar in downtown papillion.

I am staying at the Fairfield Inn next door and just had a delightful meal at Spin Pizza. I was met by a cheerful young lady when I walked in who could tell that I was lost, looking at the menu board. She asked if it was my first time there and provided a quick overview of the beers, wines by glass and bottles, the pizza options, salads as well as the Pizza, Salad combo option. I sat at the and enjoyed my meal watching some sports and talking to the owners. Food was delicious and it made for a perfect low key evening. Service is excellent and the owner’s wife also offered me a 10% discount when she found out that I was staying at the hotel. I got a spinach salad, and the prosciutto, spinach pizza with mozzarella and fig onion marmalade. Salad was light and tasty and pizza was satisfying without the guilt. They also offer gluten free crusts. What is cool is that They actually have a coupe of things that also spin… the pizza oven and this draft beer dispenser(see pic).

I absolutely love Spin! I went for a girls night with a couple of close friends. We each got the mini pizzas with a side salad. I love that you can choose any of the salads on the menu instead of being stuck with the«house salad.» I chose the Sonoma salad and was not disappointed. It was so flavorful and fruity! The blood orange salad dressing was unique and delicious! For my pizza I had the prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, spinach and fig marmalade pizza and it was absolutely amazing. I love that there are so many options to choose from and that you can even customize your crust to be whole wheat or gluten free! I cannot wait to sample more of the menu!

My husband and I came her for dinner on a Monday night and both agreed that this place is really good. My overall impression is that it is like a more casual and affordable version of Pitch. The flavors and quality are similar, although Spin’s offerings are much simpler(they typically have two toppings instead of 5 or 6) and that extends to the other menu items, as well. The atmosphere is very approachable. The restaurant is large, bright, and inviting. It would be a great place for groups or families with reasonably well-behaved children, but they also have a small bar where you can sit and eat or just have a drink and visit with the folks behind the counter. When you walk in, a huge menu is posted on the wall. You order and pay at a counter and then choose your seat. While my husband and I were perusing the wall and deciding what to order, a woman(I got the impression she was one of the owners) came up, enthusiastically greeted us, and when she learned it was our first visit, grabbed a menu from a counter and walked us through the menu. Based on her explanation, my husband and I both decided to go with their Mini Mia, which is a 6 inch personal pizza served with your choice of soup or salad for $ 9.95. I ordered the Fig Onion Marmalade and Chevre for my pizza and the Sonoma salad(greens with grapes, golden raisins, apples, goat cheese, chopped glazed pecans and blood orange vinaigrette) as my side(side note: I really like that you can get their premium salads at no extra charge and aren’t limited to just a plain side salad). My husband ordered the Pollo Pesto pizza with red sauce and the minestrone soup. We chose a booth and, right as I was wondering what we were supposed to do for drinks(we had both opted for water), a waitress came out with silverware and two large glasses of ice water for us. She introduced herself and told us to let us know if we needed anything else. Our soup and salad came out in about 5 minutes. The salad was a generous size for a side salad and was loaded with toppings and flavor. I also tried my husband’s soup which was good(I’m not a huge fan of minestrone). I want to try their tomato basil soup on the next visit(you can add meatballs to it!). The pizzas came out about 5 minutes later. The gentlemen(I got the impression he was also an owner) verified that my husband had ordered red sauce on his pizza, and then told us there had been a mix up and it had accidentally been made with white sauce. We started to tell him we really didn’t mind and would be happy to eat the pizza with white sauce but he told us it was no problem, as he had already asked the kitchen start on the correct pizza. He gave my husband the white pizza and told him to enjoy it while he waited and the other pizza would be out in about 4 minutes(and it was). We were really impressed that they caught the mix up and fixed it before they even brought us our food. My pizza was incredible! It was amazing how much flavor it had, and how perfect the flavor was, considering it only had two toppings. The fig onion marmalade was sweet and savory and perfectly complemented the goat cheese. My husband really enjoyed the chicken pesto pizza with both the white and the red sauces. I tried both as well, and the flavor was great with both sauces. I preferred the white(which is how I think it is typically served) while he preferred the red. Before we left we had to try their gelato. They have about 10 flavors and you can sample them before you decide. I sampled the pineapple upside down cake and ended up ordering the blueberry butter cookie. The woman behind the counter encouraged my husband to sample three different flavors(and was very patient the whole time) and he ended up ordering the mango. Everything we tried was good and their small serving is about ½ a cup, which is the perfectly sized serving after a huge meal. I would have given this place 4 stars if it wasn’t for the service — this place has the personal touch that really escalates a restaurant to the next level and makes you want to return. We will be back here again and I have already recommended this place to several friends. I saw they had a decent selection of beers on tap, but I’m not sure if they serve any other alcohol. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their menu options. They also offer take-out.

Came in for my first visit today. Right away I was a little put off by needing to order at the counter — definitely not the best set up for a first time guest or when it’s busy. After perusing the menu for several minutes I decided on the Mini Mia combo. I ordered the Greek salad and, loving sweet and savory combinations, the Prosciutto and Spinaci pizza. The salad was delicious but I was little disappointed with the pizza. It was skimpy on the fig onion marmalade and had none of the sweetness I was expecting. Plenty of gooey cheese and a fair amount of the other toppings though. Overall service was good, the waitress was attentive, and the portion size well worth the $ 10.

We accidentally came on the soft-opening night for friends and family, but were welcomed with open arms. The food was great(we each got the personal pizza and salad combo) and the service was very attentive. The Caesar salad was very good with fresh lettuce and fresh sliced parmesan cheese with a light dressing. The pizzas were all baked fresh with light sauce(I got the tri carne, son got the pepperoni and wife got aglio with the gluten free crust.) We went back two days later(that’s how much we liked it) and ordered via phone to go. Good choice cuz they are open to the public now and rockin’. They have lots of beer and wine choices but we didn’t try those, so I can’t judge. It’s great to have such a great place so close to this side of Pap, which has limited choices these days.
