CVS pharmacy

These people are some of the most hard working you will find. It’s a very busy pharmacy and ignorant customers slow things down. Most people come unprepared or treat the pharmacy like its a fast food restaurant thinking they can get their drugs in less than 5 minutes. I absolutely love it here. As busy as they are, they are highly efficient, hard working, and they still remember me by name.

I just picked up 3 prescriptions, and it will be the last time I use this pharmacy. After waiting at the drive-​thru for 20 minutes, I found that one of the meds I had come to pick up cost $ 105 more than it did at Walgreen’s last month. The tech had to get assistance from the pharmacist to give back the Rx, and she was rude to the point of being hostile about having to go through the process to give it back. She suggested my insurance had been canceled or that Walgreen’s had made a mistake. When I said that wasn’t the case, she threw her arms up and said «well, its impossible for me to believe you» I ended up paying the extra $ 100 because when they finally gave back the script it was covered in so much writing, white-​out, and address labels used as white-​out that I was afraid Walgreen’s wouldn’t accept it. The female pharmacist with short hair and glasses on duty at 6pm on 7÷18÷14 needs additional training to say the least. I’ve never seen a «professional» act less professional.

Gotta get my fix

The pharmacy is horrible. The staff is incompetent and rude. Medication has not been mixed correctly and I now have a new pharmacy.
