Really rude. I called the store looking for help I got not no type. Was on hold for about 10 minutes. Then I ask to speak to one of the cashier that’s African American with dreads who I had an insistent with earlier that night. You was being extremely rude saying to stopping calling the store. And was laughing on the phone several times like if something was so funny. And then she hung up.

i come to this location when i’m close by for ice cream and i believe there’s a rude young black manager. Never greets anyone just a straight out«cup or cone» when we’re about to order ice cream, she never wants to ring me up at the ice cream register. She always makes me stand in line and i have to rush to eat my ice cream because it melts as i’m standing in line, can someone please send this girl for further training on how to interact with costumers. And she needs an attitude adjustment as well.

Horrible customer service and incompetent pharmacy! Dropped off my prescription, and they told me to come back in 1 hr. Waited around just so that they could tell me they were out and will have it tomorrow. Wish they would’ve had the decency to notify my so that I wouldn’t have waste my time.

This Rite Aid is fine, shelves are always stocked and the cashiers fast and friendly. I also find that the prices are a bit better than CVS. Oh, and I have to mention this location has Thrifty Ice Cream:):) I don’t get my prescriptions here but I think I am going to start to. Don’t forget to look for the dollar aisle, you can find some great deal on household things!

The store I would give 3.5−4 stars. The 1-star is for the pharmacy. Came here with a friend to drop-off her prescription. Was told to come back in an hour to pick it up. An hour later and the prescription is not yet ready. It took another hour of waiting for them to fill the order. Probably longer if my friend hadn’t shown her temper. There was no problem with the prescription so I do not know what took them so long. I’d avoid this pharmacy unless you like wasting your time.

I always have this uneasy feeling when I have to discuss an issue at any store because it’s very frustrating to deal with management who could care less about customer issues or their job. I walked into Rite Aid with this sensation and was very surprised at the disappearance of this feeling as I started talking to the store manager. I purchased a gift card, but it turned out it was never activated and could not be used. Of course I threw away my receipt, why would I keep it, right? I came in on Saturday night to be turned away by the manager on duty and said to come back two days later and speak the the store manager. She also said without my receipt not much could be done(great, is what I thought). I come in 2 days later around 8:50 pm and hunt the store manager, Carlos. I tell him my situation and he looks at me and says«I think there’s a way to fix this». I am totally shocked at his willing to help! He helped me get in touch with this ridiculous company who needed so much personal information and it literally took an hour to finish with their questions and process. Through out the entire time Carlos and I were on the phone with this company, he did not ONCE give me attitude or hint any annoyance. Instead he apologized for it taking so long! Ummm, it’s me who should be apologizing for putting Carlos through this! I am truly grateful for his help and positive attitude he gave me through this ordeal. Although I didn’t have my receipt, he went above and beyond to help me take care of this situation. It is very rare to see this behavior in customer service nowadays and it’s nice to see great customer service still exists. Thank you so much for your help, Carlos, and I apologize for have taken so much of your time! I hope upper management sees all your hard work, how you treat customers and compensates you the way you deserve! Thanks again :)

This review is for the pharmacy. They should be taught customer service because most of them there are rude.

This Place Should be closed… because this place isn’t useful to anyone or for anything. Customer service sucks to begin with. No communication and no humans. There is only one dedicated pharmacist that works there a middle eastern women I believe she is Armenian, she is the only individual that has taken my mothers medicine my sisters and sisters daughter medicine serious. She went Over and beyond on helping but the other members are honestly there to waist time. The guy who worked there is in a rush to go to lunch and writes information down incorrectly. my sister drooped off her daughters medicine prescription from the doctor, she has dropped her medicine here before so the guy that was rushing for lunch he said everything is in the system just come in 3:30 to pick it up I came in 3:30 to pick it up, and apparently all 3 workers there had no clue where the prescription was, who the patient was and on top of that all I received was attitude from the main person there. I can go on, about my horrible service I am just happy there are other pharmacy’s out here.

The pharmacy is a NON Carring place. They don’t think about the patients. They find them self working at the pharmacy just because they need a job. No respect what so ever. Be Ready to wait on the phone for about 15 minutes to get an actual human being on the phone so later they place you on hold for another 15 minutes. Very frustrating for people who are sick and are trying to get the medications. I would only come to this pharmacy if I want to find death.

This review is directed towards the Pharmacy. As others have said, the store itself is fine. Unfortunately, the pharmacy is an abomination to the entire industry. My mom dropped off a prescription on 1÷15÷2014 and she was told to come back an hour later because the«Pharmacist» needed to go on lunch. OK. So I offered to go pick it up for her because she was very ill. I go back an hour and a half later, wait in line, get to the front, and wait another 15 at the cash register. It turns out both of my mom’s medicine’s were not even in stock. They call Granada Hills and send me there for one of the medicines and tell me that I have to come back tomorrow after 2pm for the ointment. OK! What warrants a 1-star here is that my mom was told to come back after 1 hour and there was no notification that the medicine would not be ready after one hour. If you tell a sick person to come back in an hour and don’t have their medicine, to me that is extremely disrespectful. It’s not up to me to speculate on what the operational problems are at this«pharmacy», but I can tell that they possibly have little to no respect for their customers’ time or health to be pulling stunts like the one today on my 67-year-old sick mom. I am very lucky to be healthy and have a car. But what about the thousands of people in Panorama City who aren’t healthy or rely on public transportation? This is an error that could have wasted another person’s half day while still not getting the proper medication. SMH!!! By the way, this may have been a 2-star pharmacy if people were not taking personal phone calls during work hours. Or maybe they could have said«sorry» for their error. You’re welcome.

My son went in to ask the pharmacist if she could recommend an over the counter allergy non drowsy relief medicine, Well the Pharmacist«Lucy» no last name on Badge! was extremely rude and said Clara-tin and it shouldn’t make you drowsy ! then she walked away and he tried telling her it makes him drowsy, My son then heard her saying«to an employee or referring to him he wasn’t sure» Are you Dumb! so he just left After a phone call to the Pharmacy and speaking to «Lucy» she went on to say well we had a situation here prior to him showing up «and started to tell me what transpired with another patient«Which i didn’t care to hear«and was very Unprofessional! I just told her regardless s of the situation you should have taken the time to be courteous and informative to ANYONE that comes in and asks for your time and advise! you are after all the EXPERT in this field .
