I figured I would give this place a second chance, but big mistake. The first time I got the wrong pizza, and this time it took an Hour and a half to get cold pizza. Never again. Stay away, go to Papa Johns instead.

Food wise great store orders are always prepared just the way I like it, the deliver process is fast… the only reason this store gets such a low rating is because most if the deals you se on commercials this store doesn’t honor them. So when ever I want certain deals from TV I have to actually drive to a different store nd pick up. This store needs to get the deals nd the rating will go up

Ordered for delivery. It was 35 min passed their expected 40 min delivery time. When I called they said they had already taken it. And I believe them because when I got my food it wasn’t even warm anymore. Seems like the driver took a detour or something cuz he didn’t come to my house. I live about a mile away from here. Never going to order delivery again.

Literally no cheese but on one crust was dry and burnt I wanted a pizza this wasn’t a pizza sorry…
Hope they improve until then not getting another pizza from this location, should have read the reviews ahead of time.

I always order from this location something is always wrong
They make me wait 45 minutes for my order to see that its all wrong i called the store and they say that i have to wait another hour for my order and the manager on duty ROCIO was all rude with attitude horrible costumer service

Order pizza from this location pizza was 20 minutes late when I live 3 – 5 minutes away. When I called the location to ask about my order the girl that’s answered said «it’s our already» she had a terrible attitude & she then advised me to wait another 10 minutes and if it still wasn’t delivered to call back and speak to her manager. Worst customer service ever!

Do not order delivery from this location. My order is half an hour late and I called the store to see what’s going on and the girl who answers the phone is totally incompetent. I call to say my order is late and she replies with «did you have a question». Are you serious. Then I proceed to ask if she knows where my order is and she says «no but someone took it» … So what the fuck does that mean? This location is literally 6 mins away from house. Terribly customer service and incompetent workers. I wish I could give them –10 stars.

I ordered a pizza online and requested that half have ham and pineapple for my meat loving friend and half with pineapple alone for myself, a vegetarian. I get my pizza with ham on the entire pizza. I call pizza hut to get a new pizza and the manager Cindy is being a complete BITCH. She even calls us a bitch over the phone! Wtf and she claims she’s the manager? I get no refund and no new pizza and no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Every time I order from this Pizza Hut I have an issue with them. When I order and pick up they tend to never have cheese, it’s a big problem for me because my daughter loves cheese. I hope the management team would fix this issue!

0 stars. This place really really sucks!!! I’ve lived in the area for almost 30 years and have had horrible service from this store every time. I decided to give them a try since I haven’t ordered from here in a few years. The consistency of bad service along with incompetence is unbelievable. I will never come back again.

Wow. Messed up my order TWICE and came late both times… I should’ve learned from the first time smh, NEVER AGAIN. It’s just sad because I recently moved to this neighborhood and I’m assigned this terrible location. Save your money and don’t even bother!

I’m officially done with Pizza Hut all together!
I placed an order online for the 2 medium 4 topping and the Tuscan Tuesday. Delivery was 20 min late, okay that’s fine it’s raining today. But to open and see the pepperoni pizza with a dry crust!!! Plus it looked as though it had been sitting a while. Then the breadsticks, ha are you kidding me!!! Bread with a spot in the middle with a dab of butter.
So I call and they tell me they ran out of the Parmesan cheese to make the sauce. And I ask why they could not call to offer another sauce? Their answer is they are busy and don’t have time to call the customers. They don’t offer any discount next time or anything!!!
So basically the customers are not important! Bye Pizza Hut hello dominos!!!

This Pizza Hut is very disappointing some times they get your order right but most of the time they don’t. Tonight I ordered delivery the order was wrong, the pizza was cold, and the driver was very rude. Don’t bother calling them to complain they DON’T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS! I have to say when they do get it right it’s really good just don’t be surprised when they don’t.

In all the years I’ve used this pizza hut i don’t know why I never rated them. Every time I get excellent service from them. I get delivery and they are always between 30 –40 minutes which they tell me in advance. Delivery guys have been great and patient since I’m usually running looking for my card. Once they forgot my sauce and the guy apologized and offered to go pick it up i of course said no it wasn’t a big deal but appreciated him trying to right the wrong. Been coming here my whole life since I’ve lived in the same house my whole life and will continue to do so.

They are advertising on TV and on line with their new pizza. Stuff cheese with bacon and you get a 2 litter of Pepsi free. So I ordered on line. When the driver came, guess what? No Pepsi. I asked the driver if he new about the promotion and he said NO. I called the store and talked with MARIA, stated to her that I entered the promo code online, to get the 2 Litter Pepsi. I told her all you have to do is send the driver back with the Pepsi, she said they can’t. There too busy to do that. So guess what Maria and Pizza Hut, you have lost me as a customer. This was the second time in dealing with this location. There will not be a third time.
