Fatburger

It was first time to try Fatburger few days ago. The food was amazingly delicious. The meat and veggies were fresh! Their customer service was good and some employees were friendly. Oh before I forget they also have a very good chocolate milk shake, it taste like the old fashioned milk shakes from dinners. I will choose Fat burger next to Umami burger. That’s how much I love their burger. Now I am a regular customer specially our kids (4 boys) love them too! Its a little pricey compare to Habit and In and Out but it’s worth every penny!

Came here after work over an hour ago. Originally went in for a fatburger, but they also sell wings?! So opted for the wings because I realized I was craving them more than a burger.
I can say I’m glad I opted for the wings. They were a good sized and the lemon pepper sauce was good, but I was upset I couldn’t get two flavors with an order of 10 wings… And what’s good is that they give you curly fries, but it wasn’t exactly a lot. If I spend almost 20 bucks for 10 wings, fries, and a medium drink… Well I expect a good size do the fries. Also it took like 15 min to order… I’m assuming something was wrong with the main frame lol.
Regardless the food was good either way so I’m giving it a decent score. If I could I would put 3.5, but I can’t. Will definitely come back and also edit my review if my next visit is better.

Im so disappointed, they dont accept fat club cards, will not come again, you would think they do since they’re FatBurger, but i guess not

The food is amazing! Can’t complain about that. This is the closest fat burger to me. The down side is that they always seem to be short on staff so you have to wait 15 min or more for your food. By that time, I have lost my appetite. Staff is friendly

Horrible. I called in to order a burger they got seemed really annoyed because I asked about their sizing. (I used to work at the one on sepulveda and victory and we had «baby fat» «fat» «king» etc) He asked if I wanted all the condiments and I asked what that was (again where I worked we made them to order as in whatever you wanted on them we put) he said it so fast I didn’t understand. I told him just mayo and ketchup and I wanted it lettuce wrapped. He said they can’t because they only have shredded lettuce. Wtf? Really? Like they can’t go to the back and get some lettuce and wrap it? Horrible horrible I mean even fast food chains do lettuce wraps. Skip this go to the other one it’s fresh and open late.

I came in today just trying to get some food and the hispanic girl at the cash register was incredibly rude and seemed to have an attitude for no reason. She acted like i was annoying her and all i did was order food. I like the food here but i probably wont come back to this location due to the poor service.

I don’t know why people complains about the price… You get what you pay for! Friendly environment, great food that’s pretty much what I look for in a restaurant.
You should also try their cookies and cream shake!

Living in close proximity means I’m a regular, especially at Fatburger. They always greet their customers, usually clean, clean restrooms and parking is somewhat okay since it’s a shared plaza.
I give this place 5 stars because I always have the most complicated order and they get it right all the time :)

This is one of the best fatburgers. The employees go above and beyond what is required of them as far as customer service goes. I work in the area so most other places in panorama city are garbage quality. Needless to say I eat here A LOT. Its nice to have this fatburger.

Good

This is the best fat burger restaurant in the world.
Not because of its location, which is pretty suspect from the exterior, or that they serve up something different from any other fat burger…
It’s because of the quality!
The folks who run this place, and ultimately impress their standards upon their staff, truly make sure that every item that leaves the kitchen is cooked to perfection.
I ate here yesterday on my way out to Pasadena, and it was off the charts good.
They cook great food, and have a neat computerized soda fountain too.
It’s always worth going to this location, even if it’s out of your way.

I have held out a long time from trying this place as I just assumed that it was cheap and no good. Why? I don’t know, it just looks… lame.
But one day I decided to go with my Unilocaler gut and give it a shot.
What a surprise.
Well cooked burgers, very nice selection of patty size choices and toppings.
The onion rings were delicious and the chili was tasty.
I will come back. This is a simple burger place that does it well.

The parking lot is tiny and crowded. I was surprised to see the inside of the restaurant so clean and the customer service here is great. I had placed my order online for pick-​up and I arrived about five minutes after the time the order was supposed to be ready. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was asked if I had placed an online order. I said yes. I gave my name, signed my receipt, took my order and walked out. It was fast and painless. This was my first time having fatburger. It was the equivalent of restaurant quality food in a fast food setting. The food was good but the overall experience was worth returning for.

No one should be complaining about the price at Fatburger enough to give the place a one-​star or two-​star review because the quality gives way to those expectations. Agreed, with a simple glance through the online menus, the prices are not ideal compared to other Fatburger locations, 30 or 40 cents hardly make that much of a difference. Typically, I order the Kingburger, the 8 oz. burger ($ 5.59) and add cheese ($ 0.99) along with a side of chili cheese fries ($ 4.79) or skinny fries ($ 2.49). The quality of the burger compared to that of Tommy’s Original World Famous Hamburgers, the other burger joint I visited in the same week, a couple of blocks away is vastly superior.
Everything tastes so rich and fresh here. Big-​time pluses aside from the top-​notch quality of the burger: the über-​friendly service, a coupon for free fries on the receipt for the next trip, and the Coke Freestyle machine. Those machines should be at every fast food and fast casual place. This has become my go-​to burger joint within the area. For those that are concerned, the Van Nuys location seems to have cheaper prices for their add-​ons. I’m intrigued by the XXXL challenge here. Might try it here soon and try to get my picture up on the wall.

This place just opened two or three months ago, since then I’ve gone about three times. Every single time the staff was very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up for their 120+ flavors soda fountain. The prices are a bit high but for a freshly made burger and homemade fries, and I think it’s worth it!
* the new mushroom and swiss cheese burger is good!

Found this place. Normally I say: «A burger can be bought any place». True it can but will it be made fresh on the spot and tastes like it. I like the fact that I can sit and enjoy my food. Love the burgers. Here is the best way to enjoy this place.
1. Go. Take friends, food is always more fun with company.
2. Place the order just how you like it.
3. Sit, talk, eat and enjoy.
By the way I have tried other burger places and there is no comparing it to the frozen patty served by the other burger people.
As you can see I don’t like frozen food unless its a milkshake.

‘Would you like to add anything to that… bacon, an egg? Cheese?’
«$ 4.59 for a medium burger and it doesn’t come with cheese?!»
‘Well, no, but we can add it for a dollar more. Would you like to add cheese?’
«No, I’d like to pay less than $ 5 for a burger with cheese.»
‘I could get you the small burger with cheese for $ 3.99 plus tax… sir? Sir? I think he’s leaving.“
Damn right he is.
Two stars because I’ve had Fatburgers before and they’ve got decent quality, but back then I was in a neighborhood where I could justify paying that much. This is not the case in Panorama City, where half a dozen fast food places are just a few blocks away and independent burger joints are just a bit further. Lower your prices or GTFO!
