Bad experience with their assistant manager who was not willing to help one of their sales associate while my husband and me were paying for a wedding band. The sales associate was great and eager to help but sadly due to no support we had a bad customer experience. We decided to drive to Culver City store were we received great customer service, it was worth the drive.
