While Finnegan no live here, we often visit a friend here and we have visited most of the facilities. Keeping in mind, that Finnegan’s Daddy owns a property management company on the beach; but frankly, we’re impressed.
The facility is well kept up and clean with plenty of parking. Has a dog park and car wash area along with the normal obligatory swimming pool, clubhouse and gym areas. Lots of walking trails around ponds on the grounds. We have been impressed with management as well; particularly recently when a neighbor left their German Shepherd on their balcony; barking loudly for the better part of a hour. Management was quick to stop it with a warning.
