Popeyes

This used to be one of my favorite Popeye’s. Idk what happened in the last year but they are HORRRIBLE now. Undercooked chicken, overcooked chicken, taking way too long on orders. I called in for fresh chicken & pies. They told me 20 min so arrived in 30 & still waited another 30 just to hear them say they forgot to drop pies. I had ready been waiting so I told them I’d wait another 14 for pies. 25 mins later pies are ready but my chicken (that I called ahead for fresh) was in box on counter. I waited another 5 for fresh chicken to come up. The offered me free jalapenos & a very small discount for my wait. Staff was friendly but unprofessional. I hope the new location is better & hopefully they get some better management

The manager at this location is running a scam on the drive through times. You order your food, pay for it, then they make you LEAVE then go park in the side parking lot. It then takes you 10 – 15 minutes for an employee to walk the food out. They do this to reduce serve times in order to report low service times to their upper management… when in reality their times are abysmal. Note: I was the only person in line at the drive thru.
The worst still is the parking lot they pull you into. You have to exit onto a major roadway, pull a quick turn back into the small, narrow parking lot and do the reverse to leave. It is common for this lot to be full and very tight. They are creating an unsafe situation all to cheat service times. I have amplified this concern to their upper management.

Friendly staff, good hot food. Could use a wipe down above the buffet (cobwebs and dust). Overall a typical Popeyes.

The staff is very rude, the chicken just taste like cooked grease, I don’t like this place and will never eat here again.

Had the misfortune of finding myself eating here, due to unusual circumstances. I used to live in Louisiana, the Popeye’s there are much better than this, or at least that is what I recall. I was disappointed to see that this Popeyes did not have much in the way of Louisiana style side items, I guess the store caters to local tastes. the staff were not friendly. This one had an unappealing looking buffet option available, was not interested. saw most customers were just eating fried chicken and french fries. I doubt I will make the mistake of entering this establishment again.
