We recently had two somewhat large prints framed in glass, completed at HL. Vonda did an excellent job explaining the options, pricing and how to best use the coupons. The pictures turned out beautiful. Thank you. I highly recommend their service for framing.

Need it got it! That’s the theme! Friendly place. No shortage of supply. Generally clean store. Prices are reasonable and there are deals to be had if you look around the store a bit. Location is well suited near a myriad of other businesses so you don’t have to drive all over town to get things done.

I don’t know what’s wrong with Pam & Paula H. (same person perhaps?) but you have to be a special kind of person to dislike Hobby Lobby. Politics aside, Hobby Lobby is HUGE, they have great prices and a nice selection of most anything your crafty heart desires!

I went here recently to inquire about custom framing for a very large item. I was specifically interested in a few things– could frame color be altered, what depths were available, and a general price quote (just a range, mind you). The very rude employee told me that she was unable to answer any questions unless I brought my item in. I explained to her that its size made it impractical to carry around until I knew they could provide the service I wanted. Her answer to everything was «it depends». Really– you don’t know if your frames come in other colors until you see my item? The people across the street at Michael’s were perfectly accommodating and didn’t think it was an imposition to earn my business. Avoid this place, they don’t bother to teach the employees about customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Hobby Lobby in Panama City for years… I’m so disgusted they are involved in a lawsuit to NOT provide total women’s health insurance. Just what women (the majority of their employees, not to mention the majority of their customers) need, yet another national chain trying to dictate our health choices.
I won’t be shopping here again unless they reverse this stance.
