Niko acted as the lawyer for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my current one. Let me start out by saying that being Greek, I’m hesitant to do business with other Greeks, but my real estate agent loves him, so I relented and went ahead. I’m so glad I did. He’s extremely competent and well-​versed in this area of law because it’s all he does. I felt much more confident and comfortable using someone who specializes in real estate as opposed to a general lawyer. In addition to being an attorney he holds a real estate broker license — enough said.
His calm and reassuring manner made the whole process so much less stressful than it would’ve been. The seller of my new home was being difficult, the mortgage company was slow in getting things done, so naturally I was feeling overwhelmed, but Niko was on top of everything and everyone making sure things went as smoothly as possible and always being very responsive to my calls and emails as well as contacting me regularly. He definitely helped ease a lot of my tension and both closings went perfectly.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
