My husband bought me a spa package for my bday: mani, pedi, facial & massage. Everything was good! Facial was very relaxing. The massage was good, but she talked a lot & gave her opinion on my medical history-​which I was like-​seriously? But she is very good and knowledgeable about massage therapy. The setting is comfortable & relaxing. I probably will try it again.

i go to anna because she gives the best facials, and massages any where in chicago land, so if you tryed the rest now try the best !!!

I have started going to Anna for facials and waxing and will never go anywhere else! She is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Her facials are incredible — I feel completely relaxed and my skin looks fantastic. Her prices are reasonable and she has some great monthly specials. No complaints at all! I’m so happy I found her.

This is a very zen and soothing place. Anna does a great job. I received an hour long Swedish massage. She had the perfect amount of pressure. I’m also confident that if I needed it lighter or harder, it would have been easy for her to adjust. She explained everything she was doing very well. I’ve got to look into gift certificates for my family now! I know I’ll be back!

Anna does a fantastic job– I’ve been going to get fiberglass nails and the no chip manicure from her and she’s been fantastic. Nice calming atmosphere in a great location.

Anna is absolutely the best. She has been in the business for over 20 years and is very professional and thorough. I have never gotten a better brazilian wax, and she was so good, it barely hurt at all. I totally recommend her for all your spa treatments!

I have been getting my facials at Skinetics for over 7 years now and I don’t know what I would do without Anna! She uses great skin products and incorporates a mini massage with the facial by relieving tension in the shoulders and upper back — which always leaves me feeling rejuvenated!
I have been to so many high-​end spas in Chicago (i.e. Triccoci, Aveda, etc) and in Las Vegas and nothing compares to the quality, service, and attention I get at Skinetics! Anna is so knowledgeable and her passion is so apparent in everything she does — THANK YOU ANNA!
