I’m giving 3 stars because I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ll start with the good. Sandy for waxing is AMAZING and very reasonably priced! Sweetest girl around too. I go to her for eyebrows and other areas and she is very detailed and does a great job. She is definitely my «go to» waxing person now. The rest of the salon, however, is questionable. I was supposed to get an updo here and called to change the time. They must not have been open at that time so I left a message. They just never called me back at all. Very unprofessional! I get my hair done there otherwise by someone who rents a chair there so I see enough of how other people’s hair looks and how it’s operated and I definitely think you can find better in the area.

The owner cut my hair and was totally distracted the rest of the staff had really terrible hair. It’s not very good marketing if the staff’s hair looks worse than the ladies of Jerseylicious! The floors were really dusty and dirty. I have curly hair and when I called to make an appt I was told that the owner was«an expert» in cutting curly hair. If she’s an expert, SuperCuts should be considered the same. Not the worst salon and cut in the world but I will not be back.

I have been going to Kim for manicures for over ten years now! She’s awesome. Not only does she give a great manicure but she’s so fun and outgoing I look forward to seeing her every week. We’ve definitely shared a few laughs. After all this time we’ve actually become friends too. I get my hair cut and colored here as well. I’ve gone to a few different stylists over the years. Even when a stylist that I saw for years left I decided to pick a different stylist at Pazzo instead of changing salons because I love the place that much. Being a client there makes you feel like you’re part of one big happy family.
