I was referred to him from my sister, who is a nurse. I went in for a problem that was ultimately not resolved. I had a stress test and a halter monitor for a day neither of which provided any information for the problem I was experiencing.
When I went to return the halter-​and they’re only open weekdays normal business hours or less so I had to go in late to my office to return it. Couldn’t they have a lock box you could drop this in? They said, «we’ll see you in 6 months.» My thoughts were if we never got the initial problem resolved, why would I come back?
Then I waited and waited for my bill-​I have a big remaining flex spending balance I wanted to reduce by year end. I finally got a bill in December, 2 months after I saw them. Then I called to pay it so I could use said remaining flex benefits on ¹²⁄₂₃ at 11:00 in the morning and they said they had run what ever it is they run and it would have to wait until ¹²⁄₂₆. If this is your source of revenue, wouldn’t you want to collect it sooner rather than later even if it means the office staff has to process these things more than once a day?
I liked him, but doubt I would return. I do see him in the Tinley Park office, not the Palos one.
