Jeff recently helped us set up an LLC and investigate other legal matters involved in protecting our small business from liability. I have a boutique Interior and Event Design business. I’ve had a few projects here and there each year, but now that my friends have started to refer my services to more people that I didn’t have personal relationships with, I started to worry about the contract language that I had piecemeal together through NOLO.

Jeff has been our business lawyer for more than 13 years. We originally contacted him through a referral as someone experienced in small startups. Since then, Jeff has set up and maintained several business entities for us over the years (partnership, LLCs, Inc. s) and has consistently met our occasionally «challenging» requests to set up business entities in time-​constrained situations.
