I work very closely with Stanford Property. I own many properties in the Palo Alto area and I turn to them with all of my property management needs. If there are any problems, they are on it, and are available all hours of the day. I receive all of my rent checks on time, and my tenants are more than happy. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

This is Property Management Company is an absolute joke! Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Lazy. Dishonest. Andrew is doing an absolute disservice to both his tenants and the landlords. If you are renting from or thinking about renting a property from this company, DON’T!

I wish that I could give them ZERO star. We applied a 2br apartment in Menlo Park through Andrew Fuery last month. He collected our application fee but gave no any types of response in three days. Finally, after my multiple emails and calls, he sent an email and said that our application were rejected. Again, no explanation. Both of us have excellent credit scores, my score is actually over 800.
If we are not going to be selected anyway, why would he request our money at the beginning. On the last phone conversation, he said that he selected the other applicants because they submitted the application a little bit earlier that me, but he refused to refund us the application fee. He told us that there were multiple applicants (We saw more than 7 persons including us on the showing day), and he requested application fee from all of them. Apparently, he collected all the money, selected only the earliest one, and refused to refund the money to rest of people. Thinking about this, he could just keep showing the place, collect money from people who are interested, and make a living out of it. This is totally a scam!
I rarely wrote reviews because in most cases I can just laughed and get over it. This time, I just want to stop him from cheating other people.
Tenants, be cautious, this is not a business you can trust!
