Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced outside of Time Warner Cable. Basically they delete your content unless you pay them multiple times for the same service, which is, unfortunately, not a unique experience to my situation according to several online sources. In this case, they have deleted the evidence videos for a case in Los Angeles involving a violent person who has been ignoring a restraining order. Find another resource, this is not where you want to put your trust in even basic customer service.
