I was having some college friends come to town and wanted to relive the crazy days, which sometimes included an evening ending with a cigar. I really don’t know much about the world of cigars but upon walking into this small little shop I met the proprietor and after a few questions, he directed me to the exact smoke I needed. Very helpful. Even though I am not a big proponent of smoking, once and awhile a good cigar around a fire pit with friends is awesome. I’ll be back!

While I have yet to actually purchase a cigar from this place, I will tell you that I will be coming back here to purchase some of my favorite stoggies. Great selection and prices! The guy working the counter is very friendly. In fact, some of their prices match online prices. No need to wait to get your stoggie– just drop on in to Cigar House!

This is the kind of place I love giving my business to. I found this place last year and have been in a few times since. Its a small place so they don’t have a large volume of cigars, but a wide variety of quality cigars and the prices are reasonable. The thing I like the most is how friendly and knowlegable all the staff are. They are happy to answer questions and are always patient with thoughtful answers. The only drawbacks I see are the size of the shop and they close relatively early on a street with a fair amount of evening destinations.

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months and am always surprised by their excellent cigar selection and friendly, patient staff. Last weekend, I met their owner Omid for the first time and asked him about the availability of my favorite cigar (the Alec Bradley Prensado Churchill) in his inventory. He took down my name and phone number and voila! He called me today to let me know that the cigars were in and that he would now stock them for me. Just a great, friendly, neighborhood business.

Really helpful staff and owner!!! Knows his cigars — I came in looking for a better way to keep my humidor stable and he made a great recommendation. On top of that, he also gave me a cigar to try based on my current inventory… Awesome smoke… will definitely come here looking for another rec.
Not your typical cigar shop — no mahogany wood and darkly lit sofa chairs — but great place to take care of your immediate cigar needs!

I have been coming here to buy my tobacco products since the day it opened. I went there Friday March 16. I got to the door right at 7 pm, closing time, and the guy working was already taking down the register. Ok, I get it… it was closing time, but I do not have to be happy about it. I mean 7 pm on a Friday night? Huh? I have been there after closing time and was helped. Maybe that was the owner working that night. Not sure. I went to Ernie’s Liquor and found out that my smokes are $.50 cheaper there. Just do not plan on getting anything from this place after 7.

I stopped by to pick up a quick cigar but I ended up buying a whole lot more. The store owner was super friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend going here if you need cigars in Palo Alto.

I used to work with a guy that was really into cigars. At some point I would occasionally join him for one. This was years ago now and I haven’t touched a cigar in ages. However when I saw this place I had to drop in and look around. The guy working was really friendly and was willing to help out with recommendations. Was a good bout of déjà vu looking through their decently vast selection. Perhaps I will have to find a celebratory reason to pick something up and revel in the nostalgia…
