Horrible customer service and damaged my property. They admitted they used a PEN to operate my keyless entry and the very first time I used it post their «services» it snapped into 3 pieces. Functioned perfectly fine for 8 years but 3 days in their shop and it’s completely destroyed. No admission of guilt or even offer to help replace it. Pathetic.

I went here because it’s an established business in the area, and I wasn’t disappointed. Scott and his team were professional yet warm, patient yet efficent, while servicing my rather tricky car problem recently. The price was more than fair. I’ll absolutely go back, and I’d recommend this to friends. (Enemies, too, just so Scott gets the business.)
