Food here is always fresh and hot. Drive thru a little slow but it’s worth the wait.

This drive thru has always been so slow. Not sure where the training manual is but this is not acceptable.

Every time I go the customer service is great. I use the drive through and although sometimes there can be a bit of a wait it’s definitely worth it. The food is sooo good and I love coming here.

Good food, slow service; the prices are average I suppose– with everything being so expensive today it’s a bit harsh to know for sure, but I’d recommend this place if you’re in the mood for hot dogs, chili dogs, and definitely corn dogs!

Do not like like this Wienerschnitzel and not even ordering anything for me. Slow slow pace. What others said if I want some ill just go to lancaster to get it.

I do like wienerdude, but this place sucks! First, short on people working the back area. Can’t seem to get the order right. Dude seems like he don’t want to be here. Rather drive to Lancaster

I love weinerschnitzel, but this particular one on avenue S is horrible!!! This place needs to get New management or just overall shut down.

Nice affordable drop in place. With great icecream specials.

I baught a number one meal at wienerschnitzel and I upsized my fries to curly chili cheese fries and it was delicious more than what I can describe and the new pepsi drink was awesome

Nothing I’ve gotten here tastes very good and everything I’ve gotten here looks terrible. F for presentation. D for flavor. Seeing that picture of the moldy bun was the last straw for me. I suggest avoiding this place.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this location; my bun was full of mold! This place raises many health concerns. They should be reported. I placed a formal complaint with their corporate office. Do not eat at this location, you may get sick.

I stopped in for lunch and everything was fine with the exception of a couple of small issues, these issues didn’t prevent me from enjoying my lunch but I think they should be mentioned. I would also like to mention that the lady taking my order was pleasant, smiled and had a good attitude and this made these small issues a little more tolerable.
I decided to order the Angus Pastrami Dog but I had to wait because the register was locked and the key to unlock it had to be found. I’m not sure why the register needed to be locked during lunch time but it caused a small delay in my ordering. Once I ordered the Angus Pastrami Dog my order was read back to me as an All Beef Pastrami Dog, I asked if that was the Angus dog and I was told yes. To avoid confusion if an item on the menu is called by a specific name and you order it by that name it should be read back using that name.
My dog was ready and it was quite good, I found the Angus dog and the pastrami to be very flavorful. It comes on a Pretzel Bun and I enjoyed that as well.
After I finished the dog I decide to order the Mini Hot Fudge Sundae. I know food never arrives like it looks on the menu and this was just a small hot fudge sundae but instead of the hot fudge being swirled throughout as shown on the menu there was a small drizzling of it laying on top, I posted a photo of it. Despite the lack of hot fudge in my hot fudge sundae the ice cream itself was very good, it had a nice vanilla flavor and the texture was smooth and creamy.
This is a good place to stop for lunch if you happen to be passing by and need a quick bite to eat and their prices are reasonable but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

Something is not right here…
First off, Wienerschnitzel is not a bad chain restaurant. However, this particular location is horrible. They need to hire a new manager or better workers. They screw up my order nearly every time and it’s always the some woman with a thick accent and bad hearing always taking orders. She also has an attitude problem when you ask her to repeat herself. Usually when I stop by I order something small, such as a chili dog and an order of fries and sometimes that would take up to 15 minutes sometimes with only one car ahead of me. It’s ridiculous! it’s always like this even when it’s not busy. Oh, and also forgot to mention that I caught some of the workers gossiping/​talking trash about a customer ahead of me. Real professional guys!
I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here. I’ve given this place way too many chances.

Love wienerschnizel but I wish they had a better manager. page sucks and is two faces. Pretends to be nice but once you leave she will talk behind customers back. I know this because i have witnessed this a few times and know a few of the people that work here.
Remember to check your order they mess up here alot with that have different prices post than what they charge.
I’m all about customer service an when I’m Paying for food I expect to get what I order with good quality food that isn’t stail
