Vince’s Pasta & Pizza

Went to collect my free pizza and was really surprised. Maybe there was a completely different shift crew when I received the two wrong orders but the customer service tonight was awesome. They were all so polite and the pizza was delish! =D

I have to give it to the team here, they are awesome! Over a year and a half of coming almost every week and they stay consistent! Faces change but the service does not, the pizza is by far one of the best in the AV.
No surprises, good service good food always. Their delivery team is by far the fastest and friendliest! They don’t seem to rush you to receive your order from them, (having to hold a 2 month old and hold back a 2 year old when the door opens) in one case, he even put it on my table. I didn’t catch his name, but I’ll find you.
I really have to praise the entire team, because service like this is not easily accomplished by just luck. These people care and it shows in their product and service.
The reason I decided to update this review was because last Tuesday I was having a really bad day, but while eating that Canadian bacon and jalapeño pizza, I realize, «life is good» and my two year old replied «like this pizza» and that meant everything.

Yum! Pizza crush is awesome. Mushroom burgers is great. And the tomato, basil, cheese thing OMG! I come here every time I’m in town. Worth it every time. Dine in or carry out. Either was it’s awesomeness

Wow, got a coupon for a free pizza so said why not. Got some potato skins too. Didn’t know this place was here. Why didn’t I know this pizza is awesome. They have won a new customer, thank u for the coupon. Plus the menu looks fabulous. 10 stars i recommend to everyone. No more large chain pizza companies for me. The blonde cashier was friendly too

Best. Pizza. Ever. Great Italian food as well. Simple, casual, come as you are. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy a pizza and a beer or a glass of Chianti. Family oriented too.

Pizza is super greasy. Ordered 2 large pizzas with wings and a 6 pack for delivery, all came out to 51 dollars. Like are you serious? Its not worth it got ripped of so bad. Psh ill never order here again

Came to the Palmdale location for a recent fundraiser. Pizza was decent but customer service is lacking. No smile, no hello, and service was slow for 11am when they had no customers at all. Will definitely not come here again. I am sticking to shakeys pizza parlor where the food, service and people are great!
The 2 stars is for the pizza being edible.

The pepperoni twists are awesome!!! They even have online ordering now. I was talking to the hot waitress (I think her name was Tina) and she said they are coming out with an app for ordering soon. Good choice of draft beer too… love 805!

Pizza is really good! We had the ham and cheese pizza and ordered a very large pizza with pepperoni. Ham pizza not as greasy as the pepperoni but regardless, great tasting.
Chicken and potato wedges were really good. Wings are also good. Salads are just ok. My favorite was the spaghetti with Alfredo sauce! This is only our second time here and we were about 12 of us in our group. For a Sunday around 2pm it was not crowded!

The pizza is really greasy (if your into that) which I don’t mind but you can literally dip your pizza in the grease from where you picked your slice up. Besides that their spaghetti is like canned tomatoes and dry noodles. Service blew it wasn’t even comfortable eating there. Sadly I give this a 2 star and if It wasn’t for their lonely arcade area i’d give it a 1 star.

Watch out here, seems like their new hobby is to nickel and dime you. Ordered the family meal with Alfredo pasta. Wasn’t until I got home that I saw they charged me extra for that with out saying anything. If you are giving that as an option and charging more then you should be upfront about. Try Guido’s down the street instead.

Really great pizza and pleasant staff! Everyone on here acts like they’ve never had a bad day before. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees. Be nice to people and you will get the same in return. Anyway, like I said the pizza is really great. The arcade area is a nice little touch and my kids love it!

Me and my brother went to go check it out. The pizza was really nothing special. Brother said it was comparable to shakey’s pizza. But we both tried the garlic parmesan chicken wings and those were definitely good! So go try the wings. But both pizza and wings were covered in more grease than needed. Personally, this place doesn’t stand out much.

THE BEST PIZZA delivery hands down ! The food is hot, the pizza is great I order extra cheese just because I like it cheesy. The customer service is such a pleasure to talk to. Love this place!

This spot is very good I take my friends and family we always munch out!!! I like the one in Lancaster but the Vince’s In pamdale is more closer to me. The waitress are friendly and the pizzas are delish!!!

Love this place. Pizza and wings are so good. Salad is awesome and prices are reasonable. They have specials and my boyfriend and I love it. Definitely a spot to come back to

I had concerns when I read earlier reviews. Just finished dinner with a large group of adults and children. We had pizza, spaghetti, hot wings and salad. I really enjoyed everything. The pizza crust was great. Spaghetti sauce was flavorful and the wings were nice and BBQ spicy! Price was reasonable too. People are friendly and owner came out to check on us. I recommend.

My husband, daughter and I came here for lunch and spent about $ 35. Upon getting my order, I decided I didn’t like the chicken parmesan sandwich. It was really nasty. The chicken was not a chicken breast and instead look liked recycled chicken parts? Ugh so gross. My husband got up to order me something else but when I thought about it more, I approached Lilly, who told me she was the manager. I asked her if instead of buying something else, could they just replace my sandwich with a hamburger. Mind you, the sandwich was only maybe a quarter eaten and I brought it up to show her. She did not bat an eye and told me no. I asked her why not and she told me cause I had taken a few bites of it before deciding. I guess one is not allowed to taste their food before deciding they do not like it? Any way I asked her who the manager was and she told me she was. I told her to forget placing the burger order because I was done there. I would get something on the way home.
After my husband and daughter finished their lunch, we headed out. A nice woman who worked there, she had light brown hair, stopped me. She said she could tell I was upset with her manager and wanted to apologize for the way I was treated. She did confirm Lilly was the manager (much to my surprise I had thought Lilly was lying since she was so defiant and rude to me) and then she gave me the business card for the owner Tom and Tina Levesque.
I eat out a lot. I’m a local to the AV and have grown up here. I have to say this was by far one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I’ve frequented the Lancaster Vince’s a lot in the past. I’m very upset and have no plans to return. Lilly gave me no reason to come back. Not even considering replacing my meal, or giving a small discount on a hamburger– nothing. Instead she chose to chastise me for taking a few bites before deciding I did not like it. She was very smug and did not smile once at me, even when we placed our order when we got there. Her associates looked on in amazement when they saw I was upset and she was doing nothing to help keep a customer. And clearly I was not in the wrong if one of her associates made a point of stopping me before I left to apologize on behalf of the restaurant.
I will never return to this restaurant and have since filed a complaint with the owner Tom and Tina.
Follow up 4÷1÷2014− I heard back from the owner who advised it is not their policy to ensure you like their food. They will not replace something you don’t like with something new nor will they offer a discount.
We will definitely never return here, and will ensure that anyone we talk to about this place is aware that their management could care less about you liking their food.
The service here is on par with service you would get at McDonalds. The only difference is that McDonalds has better tasting food.
