Pizza Hut

Worst pizza hut experience. I usually order from a different location but decided to give this one a try since it’s a bit closer. Bad mistake. Pizza was supposed to be at my house at 10:15 it arrived at 10:48. Not only was it late but it was cold, hard, and tasteless. I keep calling their number and they don’t answer. Never ordering from here again. Save your money and time and order from a different location.

I just recently order online from this Pizza Hut location and I received the worse service ever, not only I received my order 26 minutes later than scheduled delivery, but they seemed to be aware of the fact that my order was made wrong but they still choose to send it out like that. The driver was really polite and offer to take the 3 pizzas back and get me the right ones, but the kids were Hungry and I choose to keep them. When We called the restaurant to talk to the manager about it, she question me as if I was lying and it seem like she did not care about fixing our order at all. Her name is Veronica and She was really Rude, it seems like I am getting a credit for my order made wrong, but I am not sure since she hang up the phone on me.
This issue is really disappointing since I order at least ones a week from this location.

Be sure to double check your order. The food tastes pretty good and is reasonably fast but mistakes on our orders have happened more often than not. And we’ve been argued with when we question it until we present the receipt showing their error. Been going to a different Pizza Hut now hoping eventually this closer location will get a little better.
I’m pretty laid back and don’t complain unless it’s a blatant problem. Like I said. Food tastes fine just make sure you get what you paid for.
