Dr. Kim is terrific. Her treatment of my RA, shoulder injury, and nerve damage has been very effective over the past few years, reducing or eliminating pain and accelerating healing. I absolutely recommend her for pain and injury management.

So far so good. I don’t really have any other acupuncture experience to compare it to, but so far I like the customer service experience. Wasn’t really happy that the price increased the second time we went back and we found out after getting the service. My hope is that it will be worth it to continue with the services.

Dr. Joy Kim is great, very gentle and helped me so a lot!

I don’t know where to start with my review. I guess I’ll start by saying that I am VERY happy wit my acupuncture treatment!!! I definitely recommend it for anyone having problems (specifically my problem).
A little of my backstory so you understand why I am so happy with my results:
I had my son when I was young, about a month after his birth I got the mirena IUD for birth control. I had it for about 3 years and when it started hurting I decided to have it removed. That was 4 years ago and since then I have not been able to get pregnant. I never knew what was wrong until last year in December when the monthly pain I have in my uterus was so bad that I had to leave work. I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound, from there I was referred to a gynecologist and she told me I suffer from PCOS. She have me birth control to «reset» my ovaries and I gained about 13 pounds the one month I took it. I stopped it right away and lost the weight. I decided I needed to do something natural in july of 2014 so I researched acupuncture for my problem and read that It was a good treatment option. I made my first appointment and came two more times after that. After my second treatment the pain didn’t come and today I am supposed to be ovulating so I took an ovulation test and I am actually ovulating!!! After four years of pain and not ovulating I am ovulating after three weeks!!! The happiness I feel is amazing!

I was diagnosed with the beginning stages of arthritis and having so much pain in my wrist and couldn’t move my thumb without major pain. I was referred to Dr. Joy Kim by a friend. She told me it may take a couple months of treatment for chronic pain like arthritis. I swear, she had me 100% pain free in 4 treatments! I will go back any time I have pain again but it has been almost a year now that I have been pain free. Love Dr. Joy!

Made an appointment here along with my mom whose blood pressure was spiraling out of control. Her regular medical doctor was not listening to her and no matter what medicine she was on it did not seem to help. Can’t claim that Dr. Kim is a medical worker but she definitely helped my mother with the headaches, tension and pain she was experiencing. My mom stating that she felt like the pressure in her head had been released. I had Dr. Kim take a look at my knee since I seem to suffer from runner’s knee. Have to say that it feels much better. Will be taking my dad and more family members next. She is a very sweet and professional person. Despite us living about 5 minutes away I seemed to get lost trying to find her office and she waited outside for us to make sure that we would find her! Very interested in her patients and their health. Will definitely be back!

I was experiencing low back pain and going to the chiropractor just didn’t seem to help any longer. I had been to acupuncture years ago elsewhere and found it to be very helpful. I found Palmdale Acupuncture online and decided to give it a try. Dr. Kim listened to my concerns and suggested a treatment regimen to resolve my low back pain. WOW. Since treatment I have NO pain at all and have not taken anything for pain. I highly recommend Palmdale Acupuncture.
