Nail Trendz

This place is so nasty ! I went to get my nails done there with my sister and cousin they don’t clean the instruments they use it for everyone! 2 my nails turned brown after when they were pink! 3 when I went back to fix it I was sitting in a chair and the man Seriously Killed a cockroach with the towel he was doing my nails with then he acted like nothing happened and still used the same towel!!! The worst place inspection should really drop by there!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! !!! customer service is the worst. I use to come here all the time when the old owners were there and they were so kind and did great nails but this new management is terrible. They are rude l. Not enough staff. They tell u to wait five minutes but u end up waiting for a long time to the point people are walking out. I went to get my nails done and the two ladies who do pedis were only there the guy who does the nails idk if he still work there or not but he wasn’t there. So the lady who does pedis (the older lady) decides she is going to do my nails which I was a little nervous because I never seen her do hands before so I gave her a chance. She did a horrible job! She just slapped the powder on without care and it was so uneven and one side was thick the other was thin. So I politely said to her it doesn’t look right to me she told me she wasn’t done yet. I said ok. Then at this point I’m in there for already 30 minutes she uses the drill and filed the nails and they still were not right. They were worse. They were crooked and all my nails were not the same. She did not file them correctly at all! So I told her again they are not even at all she got an attitude with me got loud and I asked her why is she getting loud she said because I told u many time I’m not done and u keep saying something. I told her in have a right as a paying customer to let u know what’s not right or what I don’t like and is this how you treat your customers and at this point I’m over her doing my nails she said I’m not doing your nail no more u don’t listen and gets up and walks away still being disrespectful and bad mouthing me so I told her I’m not paying for my nails she said that fine I don’t care get out! I will never go back I never experienced anything like this ever at a nail shop. She needs to stick to pedis not hands or putting acrylic at that on people she don’t know what she is doing and she is messy and slow and was more worried about getting the powder off her hands than finishing her client. So I had to rush to find another nail place to fix what she has done wrong they saw what she did was was so shocked! They fixed it and I’m happy now but having to go through this was a nightmare! Nail trendz don’t go there

Lee did an amazing job fixing my nails. They were pretty tore up lol he did exactly what I asked for and price was ok too I’ll be coming back!

Just got my nails done and the guys did a nice nail job, but he is to ruff and always on his cell checking for msg and texting and he kind of rushes thru the process and didn’t even told me to was. Wash my hands… The nails I got was powder white tip and it was $ 35.00 dollars because the suppose to last longer, I have some bubbles on my nails doesn’t look too natural… I will post an update in 2 weeks

Not going there again

The prices and the environment make this place very comfortable. The prices are alright, except they use the same scrubber they used on the person before you. I wish this had not been an issue, but I have experiences itchiness on my feet after the last time I went. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very friendly and accommodating. Good prices. Clean and do nice work. Diana n cliff are the owners & are very fair. Anne did my pedicure n I really really liked it.
