Stopped in yesterday and my wife and I were very pleased with the service and food. This was the first visit by my wife and she was so impressed she said this morning we ought to go back for breakfast again today… guess we are going to have to Lucky Roxy’s on our list of favorite places!!!

I ate at this place on Thursday morning… I truly enjoyed the people who work there very friendly and helpful… however my food was a little expensive. I ordered a vegetable omelet with extra cheese and my husband had a bacon and cheese omelet with extra bacon. we got our daughter burger and fries. the food was really good and lots of favor. I would go again

This is the second time Ive been here. First time I was not impressed. Food took forever and the waitress seemed to ignore us the entire time. I had to chase her down to get the check and when she finally brought it to us 20 min later, it took another 15 min for her to bring it back. The food was OK. I Had the chicken fried steak. I’ve had way better. I’m only back because my son and I were starving after his soccer game and I was driving by. Took us 20 minutes just to be seated. They are not super busy. Plenty of empty tables. And of course I got the same waitress as the first time. I was hoping she would redeem herself. Not so much. Although, her service was a little more attentive this time, she actually argued with me about what came with my meal.(I ordered a steak skillet) she brought the food but with no tortillas. I asked for them and she said it didn’t come with the meal. I said, yes it does. It’s says so on the menu. She says it comes with toast. And getting more frustrated, I replied yes. Toast AND tortillas. The food didn’t take as long this time but still just tasted OK. I will most likely NOT be back.

Man I feel bad for judging this place from the outside before walking in, because this place was amazing. Came on a Friday morning and it wasn’t too busy. The place had an old diner type of look and actually was quite cute on the inside. They had a pretty big menu and I assumed that it was the type of place that just offered a huge quantity of food but not amazing food quality. I was sooo wrong. We ordered the pico de gallo omelette with potatoes, veggie omelette with hash browns, and a side of fries. I have never had an omelette taste so freakin’ good. The veggies weren’t soggy and gross like some places, they seriously tasted so fresh. They don’t skimp on the veggies either. It had broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Seriously so good. The pico de gallo was equally as yummy. Oh and the ranch they had for the fries was this garlicky creamy herby amazingness that I couldn’t stop eating. Everything from the service to the quality of the food was spectacular. I have to say though, crazy ottos is rated as the best breakfast place in the AV and swears by it bla bla bla. I’ve been there twice and this diner is way better than crazy ottos in my opinion.

Good food. It was our first time there for breakfast, the girls were very disorganized. Long wait list, empty tables, nobody getting seated. Once seated it seemed like nobody took orders. So… We looked at the menu before sitting down and once we were seated we ordered before she could walk away… It was a good move since others that were sitting before us still hadn’t had their orders taken. I don’t think the waitresses had assigned stations or tables… It was a little strange. I’ll try again on a weekday. The food was good!

The breakfast was good. The service was timely. The view of the freeway isn’t that great since there is usually a pan handler outside. Overall good food and good service

On February 22, 2016 at 745 am I went there and noticed only 3 tables being used. As I sat myself I was never greeted or offered a menu. I sat there for about 10 minutes and was never once greeted still. All the servers passed by and no one said anything. I’ve been there several times and never before had this happened. To be honest, I felt like it was the 50’s and I was a black man who wasn’t welcome there. So, finally I left and I’ll never go back!

We were in town for soccer tournament. Let me start by saying, Lancaster is not a place we would visit unless we absolutely had to. Every year soccer tournaments are played there and if you’re unlucky enough to get Lancaster, this place is a gem. The food was great! The service excellent. The server was always on top of refills and made sure everything was to our liking. We had veggie pizza, pasta, breakfast and chicken dinner. I had hot tea. Surprisingly the server kept my hot water filed. The ambiance is casual and reminds me of an old Dennys revamped. If you’re staying at surrounding hotels they offer discount on your bill if you show your room key. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by this place and the fabulous service! I heard they serve crepes. We didn’t try them but we decided to try them if we’re stuck in Lancaster again next year for State Cup.

The owner chick and other manager chick with glasses are so snobby. Just think they are better then everyone. I saw 3 dead roaches under one counter seat and 2 more dead ones over by the restrooms. Poor service by the«manager» Tiffany. And the«owner» Roxana is a joke. Left once we saw the roaches.

Stopped in hoping to ‘discover’ a new place. DON’T WASTEYOIRTIME. They are so inefficient. There is not any attempt to get you seated and all of the servers seemed to be walking in circles with an attitude that they didn’t even are about the customers!

Old Denny’s and now a decent place to eat. Nice décor friendly service and good food. The salad was crisp though only iceberg for the lettuce… cucumbers and tomatoes made it. Ordered the ribeye, rare, all veggies no potato. Steak was cooked perfectly and had great marbling. The veggies were fresh and could have used some seasoning. I’ll be back. I’d love to try the crepes.

Well, we said we would head back to try their dinner menu, so here we are with fabulous waitress Christie who has a great smile. Mr. Picky started with a dinner side salad and their homemade ranch dressing, and that got his thumbs-up – he said he appreciated the fact it contained more than a limp piece of lettuce and a croûton. He commented on how great the cucumber tasted — seriously, whoever comments on the cucumber in a salad?! Being it was Friday, I started with a cup of homemade clam chowder and was delighted to find it chock full of leeks and black pepper. Liked it! I always inwardly scoff at menus that say they are famous for something, but the chicken fried steak had a gravy that deserves recognition. I bullied the waitress into asking the chef if it had a tiny hint of nutmeg but he told her it was just a ham base seasoning and black pepper. Whatever, we both liked it. Definitely large enough for leftovers. It was quite a surprise to discover they make crepes for dessert, so we split a strawberry/banana crêpe that came with ice-cream and whipped cream, and caramel and chocolate sauce. Not a traditional crêpe. What an incredibly inventive way to use up the breakfast pancake batter! What a gooey mess, almost embarrassing for the two of us to eat all that LOL!!! Could have had more fruit in it. Bet they’d server this for breakfast, too. We’ve seen the mixed reviews but our experience has been good here. Epilogue: after trying the restaurant for the second time, I should share that the food on both occasions did not«agree» with Mr. Picky’s system and he was quite ill, therefore, we won’t be heading back. Food tasted good, though.
