The worst customer service first thing in the morning.
By one of the managers, no less.
She was so rude… Who walks away leaves you hanging and asks someone else to take your order as I’m still placing my order just because she felt like it???
The worst service.
She pretends not to speak Spanish when you can actually see her Nopal on her forehead.
No people skills, no customer service. Why have some one like that???

All Jack In The Box are about the same to me. This is a clean location and the food came out fast. If you are looking for a Jack In the Box this one is as good as any other.

This particular Jack in the Box had our order done spot on. It didn’t even bother the cashier that we had forgotten to order something and did so separately, as he did so with both a friendly smile and voice. Definitely coming here again for some FAST AND ACCURATELY ORDERED food. 10⁄10

Last night we went in and the guy (I think his name is Lourance) at the counter smiled and took our order. We ordered tacos and some sandwiches. We didn’t order the meals because we wanted there tacos. Since we didn’t order the meals we don’t get drinks! He asked us if we would like cups for water since we weren’t getting any drinks. I thought that was great customer service. Thank You!
