IHOP

Now I know why they called it Ihop… because I hopped my a$$ up outta there… horrible service horrible maintenance… horrible freaking everything. They can definitely learn from mom and pop diners the meaning of customer service…

Food was not great and very over priced. $ 30.00 Breakfast for my 5 year old grandson and I. He had a pancake and I an omelet. I had water and he had a child’s milk. Totally overpriced.

Worse experience ever. My boyfriend and our family decided to stop by and have a quick dinner here. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and the waitress waited until everyone else’s order was complete to tell me that the cook had to make up special batter for my pancakes and didn’t want to. When I said fine can’t I order something else? The waitress told me to wait a minute and left then returned saying the cook could make my pancakes. I said fine whatever. During the whole time I was waiting my boyfriend and the kids were already eating while I sat waiting. My boyfriend’s breakfast came with a side of pancakes so he had me nibble a bit on those while I waited and said I could just take left overs home. Finally my pancakes come and they are not even cooked and I could taste the mushy batter. I am 9 months pregnant and can’t be eating raw pancakes. I told the waitress about it and she took it off the check but because I wanted a refund on my food, she decided to charge us for my boyfriend’s sons meal even though it was during when kids eat free. They also overcharged us for drinks when the menu listed a different price. Terrible service and I will never come here again. I left feeling very dissatisfied and hungry.

Not only that the menu price was incorrect said $ 9.09 was charged 10.09…
Be careful and complain if you are over charged on items.

My visit was pleasant, my kids enjoyed themselves. food wasnt all that for me.
Will I return? Yes but for breakfast only. I will never order a Burger from here my bad. Customer service was 4

Does not even deserves notice. Never coming back. Pancakes were not cooked. Asked for new ones… Never came. Asked for toast and came when my eggs were cold. Worst. McDonald ‘a has better breakfast.

Don’t call to place your order I was just on hold for 15 min! And when I called back they were rude didn’t even apologize… Completely bruised my family’s morning

I ordered scrambled soft eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage. I ordered my eggs soft they were not soft the hash brown was cocked hard and sausage was not cooked they were raw in the inside. gross

Came here to celebrate my beloved friend’s birthday and also we heard about the 57¢ short stack of pancakes and what other way could you spend the morning than to devour the crafty delicious that is put in every pancake? However, some things are too good to be true, we waited half an hour just to be seated but once seated there was no time wasted getting our drinks as well as pancakes. The pancakes were so wonderful that I have no worries that I will be throwing up at my football practice later this evening.

(2.5)The last few visits have been very disappointing from previous service we have received.
Was waiting to update my review in case it was a fluke as we’ve typically had pretty good service. Unfortunately was not the case. Our waiter seemed more interested in finishing up his stocking duties in the back then actually coming to check on the table or take orders. Not to mention bickering with another employee while we’re waiting 15minutes for him to come take our order as another waitress was kind enough to get our drink order for him.
Food was decent and there was no wait to be seated.

Good was good, it was really cold in there which is probably a good thing for hot days but days like today they could’ve turned it down. My hot chocolate was on point and food came out extremely fast! My table was missing regular syrup (would’ve used it if it was there but didn’t really need it).

My food was served to me 1 ½ hours late & it was cold too. The server Martha kept rolling her eyes & blamed everything on the poor guy that she was training. I don’t think I’ll be going there anymore.

Must say that this place has gotten better. Was our family favorite place for over 10 years stop going last year due to continuos bad service. Came today for what I would say awesome serving on a Sunday morning. Happy greetings and great service

Went here today for breakfast around 11. It was pretty busy but we were sat promptly and server was quick to take our drink orders. The food wasn’t that good, the strawberry and banana French toast was tasteless. Also the order came out in parts. First hash browns and bacon, then 10 minutes later, the fruit, then 15 after the fruit came the pancakes. By this time the first part was gone and it felt like the meal wasn’t complete.

Did not get a greeting and had to wait over ten minutes just to be acknowledge before being seated and still did not get a greeting, I’m about to leave, I’m not eating here, scared.

Went here with my mother and uncle a couple of days ago. It took them over half an hour to serve our orders and once we received them none of the food was warm nor fresh. The French fries I ordered tasted like they had been sitting out in the open for hours. Cold and no freshness to them at all.
I had never been to this IHOP before and began to wonder if the service we received was some kind of isolated incident but after seeing thee other reviews on here I see that this is how this establishment in particular operates. They definitely need to get there act together. I have no plans of ever going here again and would highly advise others not to do so as well.

I can’t believe all the bad reviews for this Ihop. We went here because it was the closest to the orthodontist. Our server Rosa was so attentive and pleasant. Rosa answered all my questions about the different types of coffee they had. Rosa checked on us several times asking if we needed ketchup or hot sauce or any extras. We never felt rushed and the food was delicious. Not sure why so many people had a bad review? Maybe you should ask for Rosa!

There were a few things wrong this Christmas night 2014. The restaurant was freezing cold and there was no manager on duty that would raise the temperature on the thermostat. It was said he’s been told that customers complained about it but that still no changes have been made to make customers comfortable.
Also, the double BLT would have been a warmer sandwich had not a temperature-​dropping 1/​3lbs of unripe tomatoes been thrown on top. Anyone could tell you that cold unripe veggies can do that.
Last, the pancakes were gummy and encrusted on top and bottom such that they crumbled when cut with a knife. This is my first terrible experience at this iHop but I’m likely to try a competitor in the future. I get the sense that management here is inattentive to its brand’s image and the customer’s needs.

The service tonight was absolutely HORRIBLE. I wish I could give no stars. My parents, my 3 yr old son and myself had been at Disneyland all day and when we got back to the AV we decided to eat here bc it was open at 9:30 pm. Everywhere else we wanted to go to was already closed.
We are seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our DRINK order and when that guy got our order, our waitress finally showed up. When we asked if they had soup, said no and it would be about 30 minutes before it was ready. I guess, that deserves a star… then we waited… and waited… and waited… and waited… no food. then she came to is and said it was almost ready. 15 minutes later still no food. We sat there with JUST OUR DRINKSfor a good 45 – 50 minutes. Mind you, my parents and my son are starting to fall asleep at the table. She never even came back to at least give us an explanation on why it’s taking so damn long. Still nothing. the host apologized for the long wait after we stood up and started out the door. The waitress just smiled at us as we left.
I’m thinking ya’ll need better servers and a better cook. Obviously, he can’t handle 4 tables.

I FOUND A FREAKING HAIR IN MY FOOD! AFTER IT WAS ALREADY IN MY MOUTH!
The service was horrible. They gave us someone else’s food. They gave us the wrong food. They didn’t bring us utensils or napkins or even straws. This has been the worse experience!
