Helzberg Diamonds

We had been shopping for my new wedding band for a couple of months. We walked into Helzberg in the Palmdale mall, and found one of The most beautiful rings I’ve seen. Lee was our consultant. Unlike many stores, there was no pressure. He showed us every ring we wanted to see, and knew the details on each of them. I settled on the first one we saw, received a Great discount, a lifetime warranty, and a great value. The ring was sized perfectly, and in time, and I’m now wearing a gorgeous upgrade to my original ring. Helzberg was great, their staff friendly, and Lee was so knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience.

I had a horrible experience at the Northridge location. so we came to palmdale because we already had an account with them and we didn’t wan to close it and ding our credit, let me just say Brittney and Cedric were AMAZING! completely turned my experience around! We even got a congratulations card from them for our engagement and a coupon for our next purchase ! Thanks guys!

We brough in three pieces of jewelry for a quote. One was a diamond wedding band which needed repairs, the second was a replacement of a clasp on a necklace and the third was a resizing of a ring.
The prices we were quoted for the wedding band repair and the ring resizing was in line with other places. However, their quote for the clasp replacement, was about $ 100 more than other quotes we had received. I asked her if she was sure and was reassured that the price was correct.
Besides this little bump in the road, the service was exceptional. They were very patient with us, took as much time to help us as we needed and answered all of our other questions to our satisfaction. We decided to forgo the repair of the clasp and the ring resizing. We agreed to the repairs of the wedding band. When we picked up the ring, it was professionally done and we were quite happy with the results.
In retrospect — based on our overall experience — I do not believe there was anything nefarious with the quote of the clasp. I believe they just misread the price listed in the book. We will be back, but we will get a quote from another place first — just to be sure.

The ring we bough was such a poor quality that for every time we went in to get it inspected, we had to give it back for up to ten weeks to get a new one. They stopped offering us a new ring even though we have a warranty and told us to put nail Polish on it. Or they would give us credit for a new ring and take this one back… We didn’t want a new ring as we has already completely overpaid for the one we had to begin with and would end up paying more to trade it in for a new one.
We are done with helzberg. Since then we have used Zales and have gotten world’s more for our money and much better service.

I was completely annoyed with all the other jewelry stores in the mall. I wanted a simple wedding band to match my engagement ring. If it had diamonds they had to be princess cut. All the other stores showed me rings that had different cuts but could be replaced for a fee. We walked into Helzberg and I bought the second ring I was shown. Just about a perfect match. The place was so relaxed and the prices were great. I even had my engagement ring sized for a better price than most places were going to charge me and they got it back to me in two days.
