This is the ONLY place to bring your iPads for repair!!! They successfully replaced a cracked screen on an iPad generation2. They were fast, always kept in contact with the progress of the repair and were courteous. In 2 days they figured out what was wrong with my other iPad. Another place on town had it for 2 months, had a no refund policy, we had to pay up front and after the inconvenience they only refunded us $ 30!!! All because they didn’t know the difference between a iPad and iPad Air! I should have just brought it to Fat Guy Bald Guy FIRST! He even fixed it for free with a guarantee that I can bring it back if the issue presents itself again. I have another cracked screen and they will be doing my repair!!! I have nothing but confidence in their work.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. My iphone screen was cracked so the touchscreen went blank. As soon as I walked in, everyone was friendly, and while I waited for the quote, Jennifer gave me some information on their services. In their services pamphlet I saw «mention the fat cat and get 10% off.» So I did. And so they did — with a smile. I highly recommend this group for electronic repair services.

I absolutely love this place! Thanks for coming to the AV! They fixed my cracked iPhone screen and recovered my lost files on my hard drive for a great price and to top it off they have amazing customer service! Will be back for any of my computer/​cell phone needs!
