I am very disappointed with this place. I wanted to rent a climate controlled unit from here. They had great reviews. Talked to a service rep via Internet and received a call from Ambur thanking me for my interest and to call her. I did that and told her I’d be there in 20 minutes which I was! Got there and they rented it to someone else! What is that??? I drove across town to get there and not only did she not wait to see if I’d get there but where is a courtesy call? She was told I was on my way. That is poor service and not a way to do business in my opinion! I will not do ANY business here and took my business to Storage Express.

I haven’t yet met Lisa, but I did do business with Joe– who was professional yet friendly. Impeccable cleanliness, large driveways, clearly singed and easy to navigate. Very well kept storage facilities. Video surveillance and secure gated entrance. Customer service was excellent. Joe was very informative without seeming like a salesman or a librarian. I’m feeling very confident about my choice to rent here!
