Worst customer service ever seen in my life. I recently purchased an Ankle supporter and didn’t fit, so i called ahead before going to the store because i lost receipt and supervisor told the worker they had to check inventory to see if the item was sold.?! «Assuming i stole the item» Ridiculous/Stupid response I’ve gotten my whole life. Hope they close this store down.

If I could rate a negative star for the pharmacy I would!!! Worst customer service ever! The only positive thing in the store is the guy that restocks the merchandise. He is nice.

I have had so many problems with the people that work at this location. They might have been right that my refills ran out, or that my insurance didn’t cover certain medications, but the way they explained all this to me was awful. They are snappy and rude, when all i did was ask for an explanation about X or Y. I did not go to school for RX, i do not know what every line on the medication label means. I was told that my RX was expired, that it was only good for a year, it has been 11 months since i turn in the RX. When I asked about that, i was given another reason that they could not fill my RX. Why can’t you just be patient and helpful to your clients? I have moved all my prescriptions to the Rite Aid across the street and will not even be shopping at this CVS again.

i stopped by here to get a prescription filled. the staff was so nice and it took less than 15 minutes to get me in and out. would definitely go back here for any pharmacy needs.
