Carmel Apartments

it gets even better!!! My previous post was pretty to the point. But ever since I posted it I have had security at my door at least twice a week about anonymous noise complaints very late at night. Mind you, I have a two year old son and once he is in bed its lights out for us as well. You could hear a needle drop its so quiet. But apparently thats still to noisy. Angie you are the worst manager this place could ever have!!!

Just moved out of this ghetto ass roach trap. Manager sucks. Tenants are loud ass unemployed wastes! Glad to be gone

I used to live at the Carmel Apartments. It started out good then ghetto ass loud people started moving in. One time I saw the manager and I simply said «HELLO» and she right away said «IM NOT WORKING IT’S MY DAY OFF» It got so bad that my husband at the time and I decided to buy a house instead. This place was my last rented apartment I had.
Pros: laundry facilities, extra parking spaces available, great swimming pool.
Cons: ghetto people around, dirty laundry facility, rent is too high for its location.
I hope they have better management and better people living in the units. If you are considering being a tenant go day and night and check the place for yourself. We made the mistake by not doing it. Apartments around the Carmel are beyond ghetto.
