Each and every time I go to this store so many problems and issues. Hard to locate any help. I think they should fire everyone and start over from scratch. Get a new manager get all new people for each department. This is not the first time to this store, every time I go here nothing but headaches and stress.

My second best as it is a bigger store. There is a lady cashier who is very nice and always a friendly face.

UNfortunately, this is the closes Walgreens to my house. I’ve had three separate occasions in which the staff are rude and have no idea to handle an annoyed customer(e.g. you don’t sarcastically say ‘have a nice day’ — you instead are suppose to apologize and sincerely tell them why the situation is what it is). Don’t try to call for any information from this store either as they are just as bad over the phone as they are in person. It must be a managerial/training issue because it’s not like it was the same people that helped(or I should say didn’t help) me when I went in and received bad service. PLUS this is probably the only Walgreens that isn’t 24hours. I’ll be going a little bit further to go to a Walgreens if I have to. I would have to also mention that those other times I have been here have been okay-ish service. It’s like nobody even wants to be there… hello? You are in customer service, why don’t you give some?

Rx staff always exceptional. Really happy with customer service. Close to my house. Anytime there is a problem with my insurance or prescription — they go over and above to help me out. Thanks to the great folks that make up this walgreen’s team.

I went to get Sudafed. There are those silly cards that you take to the cashier to get the Sudafed, ok, it’s the law, I get it. But the cashier throws the card away without getting the Sudafed. When he rings me up for my other item, the price seems too low. I ask about the Sudafed and his response was, «that’s just a card, it’s nothing». I mentioned that the cad is so that I could get the Sudafed. He tells me I have to go to the pharmacist on the other side of the store. I walk over there only to be told that they’re out to lunch. It’s 2pm and I can’t get Sudafed because they’re out to lunch. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if the cashier had just told me this instead of throwing away the card and pestering me with the rewards program.

It seems every time we come in something rings up wrong. Last time went in for razors, of course they were priced wrong. I had to show the manager, who made it pretty obvious he thought we were lying. California law also states if an item rings up wrong you get three dollars back. These guys must not have got the memo because we have to tell them every time. Customer service is a joke, I realize it’s Walgreens and you probably hate your life, why you gotta make us hate ours too? I don’t plan to ever step back in this place again. The dollar store across the street is better run than this place. Skip this place; long lines, uncaring employees, and horribly mismanaged.

Worst photo service ever! I had to place in my order 2 separate times and I still couldn’t ghetto any help. I paid for my photos to be done within and hour, and 7 hours later, I still don’t have my 1 hour photos! No one wanted to help, phones weren’t answered by photo lab, and I will never use walgreens ever again!

The staff is so unhelpful and unwilling to move away from their tile square… Our insurance is no longer accepted here so I have no reason to come now. Thank goodness!

We popped in here two nights ago to buy something. The fact that I can’t recall what we bought or anything about the experience(and we were completely sober) seems to earn it three stars. What was it we bought, again, Diet Coke? I guess it was very ‘meh’…
