What a great donut shop! Super friendly staff — I think they are all family. What a selection and they all look amazing. They taste fantastic! Probably the cleanest donut shop I have ever been in. It was really convenient to pick up bagels too — saved me another stop.

Rude, then laughed after everything they said to lighten the mood. Very awkward.
I asked how much a half a dozen was and he said they don’t do that. They charge full price for every donut.
After picking out 2 donuts, I gave them my visa for a $ 3.00 purchase and they told me they had to charge me $ 5. because of of their system. So Instead I gave them all change. And he told me be prepared next time.
Their will be no next time.

We love our local donut shop. Fresh yummy treats and always great service. Very nice people

On vacation and the family wanted donuts. With all the good reviews we thought we would give it a try. The donuts we’re super soft and fresh. Will come back again :)

Heading out of town… searched Unilocal for a good donut shop. Minutes later, my wife and I are inside Swiss Donut.
The strip mall location isn’t extraordinary (typical strip mall charm), but the goodness is all there once you enter the shop.
I ordered an almond bear claw/​donut/​pastry thing with icing on it (when they heard we were «dining in» they warmed it for me!) and a chocolate bar. My wife ordered a bran muffin and an old-​fashioned for the road.
All of the baked items were excellent (fresh and tasty), plus they were served with a big friendly smile.
It’s not easy to screw up donuts, but it is easy to screw up a donut shop. Swiss Donut has done an exemplary job perfecting both.
Highly recommended.

Every time I come in the donuts are warm and taste fresh, the staff is always wonderful, friendly and so helpful! I usually have my kids with me and on multiple occasions if one happens to fall asleep in the car, they are SO accommodating and have brought my order out to my car for me. It’s a simple gesture, but it makes all the difference when you’re a mom with little ones– and its service such as that, that keeps me coming back again. Thank you always for being so friendly, and so kind every time we come in!

Wow, that was a damn good apple fritter!
Separate from the specialty donut shops that are serving up super creative works of arts, when it comes to your traditional donut shops, a donut is a donut. Sure there are places that have really bad donuts, but for the most part, most of your average donut shops are serving just that… your average donut.
We were leaving our Palm Springs weekend and heading home to the OC. After picking up drinks at Starbucks, I found Swiss Donut on Unilocal.A donut for the ride home sounded good.
Donuts are my weakness! I love all kinds and typically have a hard time deciding. But lately I’m really into apple fritters so that’s what I got.
It was definitely a good choice. Most times apple fritters are on the drier side and crispy throughout. This apple fritter was crispy on the outside but melt-​in-​your-​mouth moist and chewy on the inside. I was in heaven. Hands down the best apple fritter I’ve ever had.
After walking out, I reached into my bag and noticed the owner (the husband) had thrown in 2 free donut holes. What a nice surprise! I gave those to hubby so that I didn’t have to share my fritter.

I love going here. The doughnuts are very good and the breakfast sandwiches as well. In the desert area there are not many places you can find boba, so I love that they have that here and on top of that, it is the best boba I have had in the desert. The Thai tea flavor is so very good! It is creamy and delicious, I always get this. And everyone that works here is always so sweet and kind.

Why did I not discover this place earlier!?! I was on my way to the airport and wanted something sweet and fluffy. Sherman’s had over-​priced muffins so I headed to Aspen bakery which was closed. I saw the donut place next door, not expecting much. I ordered a LARGE glazed cinnamon twist for under $ 2. This donut was impeccable. if only I had tasted it before I was at the airport, I would have ordered many more donuts to go. So fresh, fluffy, simple. .. perfection. Not even the random fly landing on random donuts could affect how satisfying this donut was. I hope this place is very successful and I will savor the memory of my perfect twist donut.

Came to Palm Springs for a mini vacation and we were looking everywhere for a Boba place. Their drinks were awesome. Went there twice within two days! They also said their green tea was all natural sugar :0 and it was awesome!

Really the perfect spot for donuts and coffee in the morning. Awesome selection of donuts, decently priced (got 2 special donuts, a coffee and a juice for less than $ 5 — and they even threw in a few donut holes for free!) Would recommend to anyone looking to kickstart their day with a delicious pastry (or a few)

This is a superb shop for excellent donuts and coffee, its a family owned business and they have very friendly service. I tried their coffee too it was excellent and half the prices of any other coffee shop. I have to be a regular here very impressive.

Not sure why this gets all 4 and 5 stars. The donuts were pretty meh, and the nine hundred pounds of icing didn’t help.

If you’re looking for a donut shop this is definitely the place you want to go to. The donuts were so fresh and amazing! We bought a dozen and then were given 2 free ones as well! Ordered a small smoothie and was given a large!
The people working here are friendly and patient as we had never been here and took forever to decide what it was we wanted! Also had one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches and not only was it good, it was HUGE!
This will be our donut stop in Palm Springs!

I’ve been here so many times that they know my order by heart. Extremely friendly people who always greet me with a smile. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing and I love their coffee selection. A great place for breakfast!

How about a fresh made croissant with ham and melted cheese for $ 4.50? If you want lettuce and tomato, go next door to Aspen!

I awoke early, and I stopped for a quick bite. I had a Cherry Danish and two complementary Donut Holes, absolutely delicious. I returned later in the week with my wife. She had a Raisin Bun (the best), and I had a Glazed Donut. Everything in the case looks great, and the pastries are the best that I’ve ever eaten.

I feel like this entire shopping mall is a homerun. Great Indian food (Monsoon), awesome Natural café/​grocery, great Greek joint… this place follows suit.
I get a box of donuts from here often for my employees. They’re fresh and cheap and the place appears to be owned by a family… it has the «Mom and Pop» type feel.

The staff is very welcoming … cash only ! They have an ATM inside but a 2.00 transaction fee.

A wonderful family owned and operated home made donut shop! You seriously cannot ask for anything better! With a large variety of donuts to choose from, they have the traditional maple or chocolate bars which are absolutely delicious and light you can have two or three and not feel guilty!
They also have exquisite raspberry or custard filled donuts that are to die for, it’s impossible to choose so I recommend getting them both!
Also on the menu are the cake donuts which are dense and buttery, the flavor is intoxicating!
If you’ve never been here I highly recommend getting one of the preselected dozen combinations! There’s no thinking and you get a wide variety of donuts that is sure to please an entire family! I have yet to have a donut that I didn’t like!
