First off, let me start by saying that I have done a few remodel projects on several homes so I’m pretty familiar with the processes. Our initial contact with Daniel was positive. He came recommended by another homeowner in the area. We did a total remodel of kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, custom cabinetry etc. He seemed eager and was there to help us make some quick decisions on our remodel as we were only in town for a couple of days. We received his proposal via email, finalized and quickly signed off so he could get to work. Things happened pretty quick which was great. Cabinets were built and delivered within a couple of weeks. Communication between he and I was pretty good. Mainly through email and text. We had some stock issues with the special order tile and there was a delay. Our cabinets were already delivered and sitting in the dining room. We wanted all of the tile installed before the cabinets were installed for various reasons. Daniel said he had to install the cabinets because he needed to move on to other jobs. He requested all of the appliance dimensions so he could space the cabinets correctly. This was all communicated via email. He installed all of the cabinets(Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wet bar & dry bar). The kitchen appliances were ordered and the 2 built in wine coolers were already in the garage. Once the cabinets were in he wanted to install all of the quartz counter tops. We confirmed the colors of the quartz counter tops and what colors went where. We decided kitchen and wet & dry bars would be one color and all bathrooms another color. We were not in town when they were installed, but my project manager was there to inspect them. He contacted me and said he was not very happy with the quality of the installation. I had some pictures sent and definitely agreed. We had a trip scheduled down there and when we arrived, we were quite shocked at the craftsmanship in addition to a chip in the middle of a the largest slab. He called in a quartz specialist and he was able to fill the chip in with composite and they colored it. Unfortunately there is no guarantee this fix will last. Also, the right side of the kitchen was to be 1 piece of quartz, but there was a seem for 2 pieces to go together. I asked why and he said they needed to use a piece for the small bathroom counter top. I reminded him that all 3 bathrooms had a different color of quartz. He did apologize and agreed to replace the kitchen and install the correct color in the bathroom. They did do this, but the new piece of quartz in the kitchen had a large chip/chunk on the edge of it. In addition, the contractor that had installed the counter tops was there by himself and locked himself out of our house. Instead of trying to reach someone who had another key, he decided to break in which broke the deadbolt and also bent the door frame and also damaged the wood door. We were assured that they door would be fixed, but we ended up just replacing it with a new style. When we arrived to inspect the new counter top they actually tried to say they did not damage the counter top. They proposed they could shave off the edge and pull the slab away from the wall, but there would be a gap which could be covered up. We did not like this and said they needed to replace the whole piece again. They continued to deny damaging it, but the evidence was overwhelming with the broken door and other items we found. Overall the fabrication and detail work on all of the quartz counters is not great. The edges are wavy, not even and you can see the seems for the edges(see pictures). We had them install new staircase step molding. This was not cut correctly and there were gaps as much as ½″ from the stair tread to the molding. In addition, there were pieces glued together in places so the molding was not one long piece which is what was ordered. Daniel said the carpet would cover the gaps. I wasn’t sure how he knew this since the carpet wasn’t on site nor did he know what type/size was ordered. He agreed to replace that piece, but damaged the wall going up the stairs. He said he didn’t charge me for that as it was«compensation» for the front door that they broke. It was time to install all of the appliances. Appliance install went good, but when they were installing the 2 wine coolers they did not fit. The counter top was too low. When he insisted on installing the cabinets before the tile, they did not adjust the height of the cabinets to account for the missing tile. This was done in the kitchen but not both bars. I had several email strings confirming the dimensions of the appliances and also the cabinet openings and was assured time and time again they would fit. He took no responsibility for this and would not correct it. I had to find new wine coolers that would fit in the space that he created. Very expensive.

I had a very good experience with this business. The project was to repair some drywall and to install new moldings(Door, Window, Base & Crown) in our home. Daniel, the Project Manager, came to the house and provided me a good estimate. They were able to start the project very quickly and finished on time, as promised. The workers showed up clean, in uniforms and acted very professional. They did an excellent job. I would happily use them again.
