mattress xperess best price in town, the salesperson is very friendly and helpful, give us tips on how to care about our mattress set. i purchased a generations relief luxury pillow top e-​king. love it has a 20 years warranty. They deliver it that same Friday they set it up on a frame and put on the safety shield delivery guy was super awesome, they’re really kind and helpful he even help me take my old mattress to another room and set it up. He took off his shoes before he walked on my carpet.

If you want a Mattress Man you can trust look no further than olé Andy at Mattress Express! I have heard of Customer Service but Andy goes above and beyond every facet of satisfying his patrons. He is knowledgeable about his product «Par Excellance» you get what he sells you and the service does not end there until every detail is taken care of. Andy works hard at his Mattress Store and it shows as his repeat customer list is truly huge! Thanks Andy, for the good times at your store!

Great customer service and a huge variety of products! I got a mattress for half off because they have an entire stock clearance section with perfectly good floor models for the lowest prices!
My salesperson was Andy and he was very patient and understanding of my budget and helped me pick out a mattress that I loved rather than the most expensive one in the store. I was in a bit of a bind and needed something to sleep on within budget asap.
Since I bought a floor model I got it delivered on the same day! They delivered for free even though I lived closer to 8 miles away and hauled away my old matt. It was overall a speedy, great experience. 5 stars! Thank you mattress xpress!

Ok. I like to support local business, and this place was very close to my weekend place in Palm Springs. Andy is nice. And I got an amazing deal on the mattress. Was the delivery exactly during the time window they promised, no. They were slightly late. But is the bed amazing, yes. And — when I price checked it against Ortho Mattress in Los Angeles — because now I want the same mattress at home. His price was still lower. Made me happy. So — give him a try. I think the previous review of one-​star is a little harsh. Not 5 stars, but certainly not one star.

This was one of my worst experiences. They were over 4 week late in delivering the day bed and the mattress sticking was coming lose when delivered. Promised a price credit for the many problems and then refused to provide the credit after I accepted merchandise. Stay away from the vendor — cant believe that they are still in business!
