The only bad Starbucks experience I’ve ever had
1. The coffee was incredibly bitter and had a burnt after taste. I was only able to take a few sips before giving up. It’s been an hour since I drank it and the after taste is still there
2. I asked to have room for cream but they filled it nearly to the brim so I ended up having to poor some out on my own which wasn’t ideal.
3. They served the coffee without a sleeve, apparently they were all out by 11:30 AM on a Sunday morning.
At this point I was pretty annoyed and asked if they could replace it with a fresh cup and I was told «they don’t let us do that». I ended up just throwing out 95% of a large coffee, I just couldn’t drink it.
3. We also got a chocolate chip cookie but the center was basically uncooked, had to throw that away too.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks so I felt compelled to share my experience. Hopefully the location was just having an off day but if not, the franchise owners will need to make a couple of tweaks.

Tried a Flat White for the first time on the recommendation of a friend (Thanks Amy P!) The first location I went to said no, I couldn’t because they were out of whole milk. This location though, they were more than happy to oblige. The service was quick and efficient. The barista was both bubbly and sweet as she made my drink order.
The drink itself was tasty, not sweet but rich on the tongue. Next time I get this, I’ll see if they can add vanilla to it.
