You could probably get your supplements cheaper online, but you won’t get the same service.
I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, and I was helped immediately. The woman who helped me was friendly, efficient, and gave me plenty of options. She did try to upsell me a bit, but she wasn’t horribly pushy.
I got in and out of there much quicker than I thought I would. It wasn’t busy at all. Not so great for them, but I loved it.
At checkout I even got a free rubber bracelet and a magazine, and I was told about their current promotions which I may pursue in the future.
Not sure if I’ll be a dedicated customer here but I had a great experience.
