DO NOT use this home health and hospice services company! I believe the nurses and physical therapists are untrained whether or not they are certified. My father had knee replacement surgery and the physical therapist who treated him massaged his knee within a couple of weeks of surgery. This was against the surgeon’s orders so obviously the physical therapist did not read the prescription order or was just plain ignorant. My father ended up in the hospital for a week with an external skin infection. Common sense would also suggest that no one should massage a wound with a knee replacement to avoid causing the patient any PAIN!
