I had some minor jewelry work done here (ring and watch sizing, etc.) and found the owner and staff very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They treat their customers well, are very helpful and patient, listen to your needs without any high pressure to buy, and they are reasonably priced. This will be my go-​to place for jewelry purchases and repairs.

All The Ladies in there are awesome! They know what they are talking about! We had a horrible experience with another store… They were willing to help and create what I want for my wedding/​engagement ring and my future husbands wedding band would be. There prices are very competitive with the other jewelers out there… They are truly amazing there! They looked at all of our diamonds and help us with ring setting and what it would look like. Totally happy with them! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, at this jewlery store upon a recommendation of a Very Close Friend. I needed a piece of gold jewelry made, to replace a piece I lost. I am an Identical Twin. About 18 years ago, I bought my Twin Sister and I, TWIN charms, to wear on our necklaces. They no longer make this charm. I have been looking constantly for a replacement, since I lost mine on a trip, to Alaska this summer, just prior to our 22^nd Annual tripto a Twin Connention held in Twinsburg, Ohio. I was just Sick with the Loss. Taylor the Sweet thing that she is, convinced me to leave my Twin Sister’s charm with her, to see if their jeweler could make me an identical charm. Sure enough, they made a Miracle Happen. They made an Identical Charm. You can barely tell them apart. I cannot wait to surprise my Twin with returning her charm to her. Especially since tomarrow, Nov. 13 th 2011 (Sunday) we will be on TV on the OWN network with LISA LING on OUR AMERICA, TWINS, Filmed in Twinsburg, Ohio. Sadly I did not have my TWIN necklace for the show. BUT THANKS TO ROBANN’S I have it now. They are Fantastic, and I will recommend them to anyone who NEE’D’S… OR WANTS JEWELRY! I will be back.
