Thank you Kate Spade, and most importantly to Nancy at the El Paseo, Palm Desert store, who made my day! I was online at
searching for a birthday gift for a friend, and needed it within 3 days. I called my local Kate Spade (Fashion Island, Newport Beach) and they simply let me know that they did not have the items in stock. I called the Palm Desert store, knowing that I will be there this weekend for the birthday party. I spoke to Nancy who let me know that she did not have the items in stock, but asked for my info so that she could make the calls for me to help me out. When she called back, she informed me that no local stores had the items, but that she could order them for me with 2 day shipping and waive the expedited fee. I will be picking up my gift-​wrapped items this weekend from their store and am just so pleased that Nancy went above and beyond to help me out! She saved me lots of time and truly was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to meeting her and thanking her in person. That is EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I have been to this store several times and it is always clean, organized, great displays and friendly staff. I went in yesterday and my Kate Spade socks were knocked off! Denise greeted me as soon as I walked in and noticed I was looking at the Cedar Maise purse in black. I saw this purse in the window a few weeks earlier and tried to order it online but they were out of the black color. Online they were having a sale so I was sad I could not order it. As I was debating the purchase, Denise let me know it was the last black one in stock and that she could honor the online price!!! AMAZING! She wrapped my purse very nicely so I could put it under my tree and gave great suggestions for other gifts. The other associate (I am sorry I didn’t get her name) was very nice as well. That is excellent customer service. I have worked in customer service for 19 years and many companies have forgotten that you can have life long customers for going the extra mile! Denise at Kate Spade on El Paseo, I was a fan before but now I am a fan for life. If you are looking for Christmas gifts, head to Kate Spade and ask for Denise. She will make your loved ones very happy!

The Visuals Are Bar NONE! I have only bought socks here, which I love, I really wanted a handbag made to look like the Queen Mary, so being from LB… I really coveted it! But 546.00 is not my idea of a good purchase…
Cant say enough great shop, one day I shall buy a dress and matching handbag there!!!

The women in my life love this store, and I do too. Physically, the store is very attractive and inviting. Lots of fun details and displays to enjoy while the ladies check out the handbags, fashions and accessories. Staff are very helpful without being pushy or snobbish. Fun!

I was looking for a pair of earrings at the Kate Spade store in Palo Alto that were sold out. A sales associate informed me the Palm Desert store had them in stock. I called the Palm Desert store and a very friendly sales associate confirmed the earrings were available. For a nominal $ 5 shipping fee, she sent the earrings to my home address in Northern California. The earrings arrived 3 days later in perfect condition and even included a Kate Spade gift box with a bow. I bought the earrings as a gift, so I opened the gift box to take off the price tag. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the sales associate had already crossed out the price for me with a black marker. She actually remembered that I told her over the phone that the earrings were being purchased as a gift! A sales associate named Jen even included a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. The attention to detail and amazing customer service blew me away. This was the first time I have shopped at Kate Spade and certainly won’t be the last.

This store is so nice looking, well stocked and overall great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is possibly the cutest store in the desert. It’s colorful and filled with work from local artisits. It has shoes, clothing (a bit), home, etc. It’s small but it is very cool and worth stopping in.
